In recent years, with the popularity of the Internet, the cross-border e-commerce showing explosive growth, in contrast with the traditional international trade development growth gradually slowed down. Under the current complicated and grim situation of foreign trade, the traditional trade patterns with respect to the exposed problems, excessive dependence on traditional sales, demand information occlusion, trade cycle is long, low profits, these problems restrict SME development of import and export trade. And through the cross-border business can be as small and medium-sized enterprises reduce the trade of intermediate links, greatly reduce transaction costs, let small and medium-sized enterprise information more freely and to expand the international market, opportunities for fair competition with large enterprises in the international competition. Cross border E-commerce makes small and medium-sized enterprises in the competition, competition and the competitive environment has been a huge change, these changes have a profound impact on the competitiveness of smes. Because, must be combined with cross-border e-commerce to study the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises.This paper tries to study the influence of cross-border electricity suppliers on the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises from the theory and practice. At first, this paper reviews the research background, domestic and foreign research status, and expounds the related concepts and theories. Of cross-border e-commerce in the status of the current situation of the development of our country and small and medium-sized enterprise development cross-border electricity was introduced, in the external environment change and policy support to promote, and small and medium-sized enterprise own development needs, cross-border electricity supplier for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is necessary. This paper according to the majority of scholars to summed up the impact of E-business on the competitiveness of enterprises for marketing,technology, innovation, and information, combined with the characteristics of the new cross-border, cross-border SMEs competitiveness evaluation system is constructed, the combination of theory and practice, based survey using model factor analysis method to determine the main factors that influence the competitiveness of enterprises of small and medium-sized enterprises, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises provides an important basis. Finally, according to the theoretical and empirical research results, the paper summarizes the problems in the development of cross-border e-commerce, and puts forward some suggestions from two aspects: the government and the enterprise itself.
