Research On The Influence Of Constructing Xiong'an New District On The Coordinated Development Of Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei

After the economic rise of the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta region,in order to promote the rapid development of the economy in the northern region of China,in 2014,the state proposed the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and strived to achieve complementary advantages in resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and realize a world centered on Beijing.The urban agglomeration,but the long-term economic development gap has not been effectively alleviated.Based on this,the country proposed the Xiong'an New District in 2017 as a new economic growth pole within the region to narrow the gap between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Based on the current development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper concludes that the three provinces have weak self-collaboration capabilities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.Judging from the current development situation,there is a certain gap between the overall area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the world-class urban agglomerations,and the gap between the three provinces and cities and their functional positioning is obvious,and it is difficult to achieve regional coordinated development in the short term.In order to solve the development problems currently facing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Xiong'an New District can serve as a seesaw to promote regional coordinated development.Using the SD model from the perspective ofempirical analysis,the policy differentiation of the differentiation and weighting of Xiong'an New District simulates the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.The results show that under the force of Xiong'an New District,the future of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Development will be more oriented.In the future,Xiong'an New Area can start from the functional positioning of science and technology,finance,shipping,logistics and ecology,and take high-tech talents,transportation infrastructure,industrial reconciliation and acceptance and ecological environment as the focus,and promote the development of the three provinces to their own positioning,and This will promote the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
