Study On The Effect Of Financial Expenditure On Farmers' Income In Gansu Province

The level of farmers' income plays an important role to the stable and healthy development of the country,and one of the core aims of the central government who has always attached great importance to agricultural development is to improve the level of farmers' income.Gansu Province as a large agricultural province,the proportion of primary industry and rural population are much higher than the national average level,so raising farmers' income is of great significance to promote the improvement of farmers' living standards and promote the economic development of Gansu Province.In recent years,farmers' income in Gansu Province has growned steadyily,farmers' living standards have been greatly improved,but the proble that farmers' income is low and has large fluctuation in Gansu province is very prominent compared with the average income level of farmers in China.The increase of farmers' income level rely on the development of agriculture,and the weakness of agriculture determines that its development should get the financial support of the Government,so this paper studies the relationship between financial expenditure of agriculture and farmers' income in Gansu Province from the view of financial expenditure of supporting agriculture.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of financial expenditure on agriculture and the transmission relationship between financial expenditure on agricultureand farmers' income.Then,combined with the reality of Gansu province,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the expenditure of financial agriculture and the income of farmers in Gansu province from aspect of total quantity and structure.It is concluded that the total expenditure of financial supporting agriculture in Gansu province is insufficient,the expenditure is lack of stability,the level of farmers' income is low and the growth fluctuation is large.Then through the establishment of multivariate linear regression model and the grey analysis model,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between financial agriculture expenditure and farmers' income in Gansu province,and the relationship between financial expenditure structure of agriculture and farmers' income in Gansu province,concluding that the total expenditure of financial supporting agriculture and expenditure in Gansu Province have a greater positive impact on farmers' income.Finally,from the view of raising farmers' income,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the expenditure of financial support for agriculture,including increasing the stability of financial expenditure on agriculture,increasing the supervision of finance to the extent possible,clarifying the focus of expenditure,optimizing the structure of financial expenditure on agricultural agriculture,streamlining the management system of supporting agriculture,Improving the efficiency of the use of financial funds for agriculture.
