Evaluation Of Green Development And Its Influencing Factors In Western China

In recent years,with the advancement of the country's "Western Development Strategy" and the "One Belt,One Road" development strategy,the quality and efficiency of economic development in the western region have been improved,but at the same time it is also suffering from increasing resources and environmental pressures.In order to realize the green sustainable development of economic society and resource environment,this paper takes the green development of western region as the research object,first constructs the green development level index system,uses the improved TOPSIS model to comprehensively evaluate the green development level of the western region,and analyzes the western provinces.The spatial and temporal evolution of regional green development;Then the DEA-SBM model is used to evaluate the green development efficiency,and the capacity coupling coefficient model is selected to analyze the coupling and coordination effect of the green development level and efficiency of the western provinces;Finally,the spatial panel Tobit model is used to explore the factors affecting the green development efficiency in the western region,and propose positive and effective development strategies.The results of the analysis show that: First,the level of green development in the west is generally low,and the trend of time and space in different provinces is not the same.Second,the overall development of green development in the west is inefficient,and there is a gap in efficiency between provinces and regions,which is increasing year by year.Third,the coordination of green development performance in the western region has been continuously enhanced,and the differences in coordination effects between provinces and regions have expanded and the classification has been obvious.Fourth,the impact of the five major factors on the efficiency of green development is not the same.In order to solve the above problems and realize the green development of economic society and resource environment,this paper combines the analysis results of influencing factors to provide reference suggestions from several aspects such as development concept,economic society,wisdom innovation and government policy.First,establish a correct concept of western development,coordinate the development of the provinces and the development of the western region,and strengthen the coordination of provincial development.Second,accelerate the pace of industrial restructuring and upgrading,and promote the green and sustainable development of the western economy and society.Third,accelerate the development of green wisdom in the western economy and society,and strengthen the overall innovation drive for green development in the west.Fourth,strengthen policy guidance,rationally plan the development of the western region,and find the best model for green development in the west.
