Research On The Green Development Efficiency Of China's Industry

During the period of 12 th Five-Year,China adapted to the new normal of economic development,innovating macroeconomic regulation and control mode and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.At the same time,China's industrial production still does not get rid of the "Three High" model,the utilization rate of industrial waste is not high,the energy structure is rigid,the ecological environment is seriously polluted,and the green development of industry is facing great challenges.In 13 th Five-Year,China put forward a clear plan to "adhere to green development,efforts to improve the ecological environment".Under this background,it is of great significance to explore the changes and influencing factors of the green development efficiency of Chinese industry,so as to realize the green development of Chinese industry.This paper first expounds the concept and connotation of industrial green development,constructs the role path of China's industrial green development efficiency in theory;secondly,based SBM,constructs a measure model of China's industrial green development efficiency,measuring the industrial green development efficiency of 30 provinces and cities of China from year of 2001 to year of 2015,and comparative analysis the results from the levels of province and region.Then,the regression model of the impact factors of China's industrial green development efficiency based on Tobit model is constructed,and the impact of economic development,industrial structure,technological progress,institutional innovation and environmental regulation on the green development efficiency of China's industrial development is analyzed.Finally,based on theory and empirical analysis,the following suggestions are put forward: first,we must unswervingly promote economic development;two to accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure;three to pay attention to technological innovation;four to promote institutional innovation;fifth,to grasp the effect of environmental regulation at all times;in addition,the eastern,central and western regions should choose a suitable green road for their industrial development.
