This study relates to urban regeneration development,it takes stakeholder theory to analyze the contradiction between the development of gentrification and residents by observing the regeneration case of Hanok Village in the Korean local city of Jeonju.This study is a meaningful work as raise attention over urban regeneration policy,which is not only centered on big cities,but also on small and medium-sized local cities.However,covering the dynamics of urban rapid changes is just in the preliminary stage,and is a start of the strategic and critical study of urban decay and regeneration in the future.The study is significant for the sustainable regeneration and integration of historical and cultural protection areas in China and Korea and how to obtain urban economic vitality. |
