Enterprises in order to survive in the rapid economic development,have to face the fierce competition in the industry.In recent years,talent has become an important capital,enterprise development has become the key factor for business success.It was also because of this,the fierce competition between enterprises has caused a large number of talents flow.China railway construction group,as a state-owned enterprises,the production technology of the nature of the work determines the enterprise will need management talent middle managers,skilled professional and technical personnel,and practical and hardworking staff members.However,because of various reasons,China railway construction group in recent years,the brain drain problem is more serious.In this paper,aiming at this phenomenon,a thorough investigation and study,specifically for China railway construction group to use professional knowledge to analyze the causes of this phenomenon,and how to control the brain drain,better use of the talent strategies are put forward.Paper structure specific as follows:first,in this paper,the research background,research purpose,significance,content,method,elaborates the key point in the research and the research status at home and abroad and introduced,and the concept of brain drain and employee incentive system,as the theoretical basis of this study;Secondly,the basic situation of China railway construction group and the current situation of brain drain problem are introduced,and combined with questionnaire survey,using the data statistical analysis,from the social environment,the enterprise itself and individual three aspects,such as analysis of the causes of brain drain system;Again,in view of the external environment and personal factors are relatively difficult to control,and questionnaire survey suggests the brain drain reason also point to enterprise,more focus is internal,from two aspects of perfecting the system construction and build incentive system to try to solve the problem of brain drain China railway construction group put forward the corresponding policy recommendations and implementation of security.Finally,to summarize and put forward the prospect research,hoping to contribute to the group's brain drain problem,also to be used for reference in other companies with similar problems.
