With the continuous improvement of people's material life,the market demand for general aviation aircraft has increased year by year.Compared with the decentralization and diversity of the foreign general aviation aircraft market,China's general aviation aircraft market has the disadvantages of single environment,lack of investment and high price.However,with the opening of the national general aviation aircraft market and strong policy support,China's general aviation aircraft market is becoming more and more mature.Since 2006,HF has actively sought to upgrade and transform its enterprises.It has independently developed and manufactured a general aviation aircraft system with Y-type general aviation aircraft as its main component and multi-type general aviation aircraft as its supplement,and its sales volume has increased year by year.In recent years,HF General Aviation Aircraft's annual sales growth rate is not large,and the market sales tend to bottleneck.Based on the marketing strategy of HF General Aviation Aircraft and the marketing characteristics of domestic and foreign General Aviation Aircraft,this paper uses PEST analysis and SWOT analysis to analyze the marketing status and future development trend of HF General Aviation Aircraft.The marketing strategy suitable for the future development of HF General Aviation Aircraft is summarized.
