Research On ZHDD Company's Quality Management System Optimization Based On Total Quality Management

The most critical factor of enterprise competitiveness is product quality,and the best way to improve and guarantee the quality of products and services is to implement quality management.In today's science and technology advance by leaps and bounds,only by constantly improving the level of enterprise total quality management,customer focus,meet and exceed customer requirements to make the enterprise based on the market.Firstly,this paper expounds the development of total quality management and its basic theory,and summarizes the basic concepts of total quality management and quality management system,combining the present situation of ZHDD company total quality management,the research of ZHDD company in quality management,including the function classification,the fuzzy core process control,employees lack of enthusiasm for the quality management and old quality control measures;After that,the author studied and analyzed the problems such as the absence of quality management organizations,the absence of certain control schemes for core procedures,the absence of staff incentive systems,and the backward quality management concepts.Finally,the enterprise quality management system should be clear how to reconstruction and optimization,then make a improvement plan: to promote the comprehensive quality management,build enterprise quality management system,improving the quality of the whole stage of the management work,enhance the quality of enterprise products,increase the company all staff's enthusiasm,enhance staff quality,learning extension method of quality management,truly will plan implementation of quality management in the practical work.In addition,in order to ensure the implementation of good efficiency,we should also improve the influence of the leadership,improve the quality management system review level,enhance the training of staff,and establish a quality management culture and provide a good guarantee program.This paper uses literature research method,investigation method,case analysis method and other research methods to analyze the existing problems and causes of ZHDD company's total quality management and propose improvement strategies,so as to provide beneficial reference for other enterprises in the whole industry to implement total quality management.
