Research On Financial Risk Management Of Y Real Estate Company

As an important part of the national economy,the real estate industry has a close relationship with the Chinese economy.In recent years,the area and amount of commercial housing transactions in China have shown an upward trend.In the theoretical part,the theory of financial risk related and financial risk management theory are introduced.In the following,I will pave the way for the analysis of Y company's financial risk management.In the case analysis section,the status and problems of financial risk management of Y real estate company are first described.Introduce the basic situation of Y real estate company,including company profile and operation status,and analyze the problems existing in the company's current financial risk management status.Secondly,the identification of financial risks of Y real estate companies.It mainly uses report analysis method to identify financial risks from investment activities,financing activities and business activities,and then analyzes the causes of financial risks of Y real estate companies.Evaluate the identified risks.In this paper,the Z-score model is selected.In order to ensure the accuracy of the analysis data,and to ensure that the model is suitable for real estate enterprises,the improved model of the Z-score model is finally used.Finally,the corresponding financial risk control measures are proposed for the problems of the company's financial risk management.Countermeasures are proposed for internal and external financial risks,including internal financial risks,including feasibility analysis of investment projects,changes in financing channels and methods,strengthening management of working capital,and improving irrational income distribution.At the same time,it proposes measures to improve the financial risk management system from four aspects,which provides reference for the financial risk management level and for enterprises similar to Y real estate companies.
