With the rapid development of a new round of scientific and technological revolutions and industrial revolutions in the world,science and technology play an important role in promoting economic development.The country's industrial division of labor is facing major adjustments,and the world's competitive landscape is undergoing tremendous changes.The most important strategy-innovation has driven nations to gain competitive advantages.After China's economic development has entered the new normal,the total economic growth continues to increase,and the private economy has made breakthrough progress.As an important part of the private economy,the private manufacturing industry has played an active role in promoting China's economic development.As the source and driving force of enterprise development,technological innovation is an important influencing factor to promote the development of private manufacturing.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the innovation and cooperation between private manufacturing companies.The article firstly sorts out relevant literature on the level of development of private manufacturing,private manufacturing technology innovation,enterprise networks,and corporate collaborative innovation.And based on this basis the article builds on the theoretical framework,including super-network theory,industrial development theory and technological Innovation theory.As a key factor affecting the development of enterprises,technological innovation is particularly important in researching the status quo of technological innovation in private manufacturing.Through research and analysis,there are three shortcomings in the process of technological innovation in private manufacturing:insufficient investment in R&D funds,low overall level of independent innovation,and the distribution of technical personnel is uneven.In order to deeply explore the operating mechanism and operating rules of cooperative innovation among private manufacturing companies,the article uses the super-network analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the unweighted network and weighted network of private manufacturing enterprises' cooperative innovation.The results show that:(1)The average length of the private manufacturing enterprises is relatively large,which indicates that the private manufacturing companies have a wide range of cooperation and innovation,and the number of private manufacturing companies linked through cooperation and innovation is at least 2,up to a maximum of 23,with an average of six.The distribution of cooperation and innovation among private manufacturing companies is uneven.(2)Privately-owned manufacturing enterprises have significant industrial characteristics in their cooperation and innovation,and internal enterprises have close cooperation and innovation,and loose cooperation and innovation among industries.(3)There are significant differences in resource allocation capabilities among different industries,and the tightness of the relationship between the scale of production value of private manufacturing companies and their innovative innovations is upside down.This may be due to the fact that private manufacturing companies above a certain scale of output value do not have a strong willingness to cooperate in innovation.,More inclined to independent innovation.Finally,the article combines the theoretical basis,the reality basis,and the super-network analysis results,and proposes the ways and strategies to optimize the cooperation and innovation of private manufacturing companies from the three levels of government,industry,and enterprise.
