The Characteristics Of Cooperative Innovation Network And Its Impact On Technology Innovation

In the context of economic globalization,it is difficult for a single organization to obtain the elements needed for innovation.Therefore,the interaction and cooperation between organizations has become the main form of innovation.In recent years,the rapid development of the ICT industry has become an important driving force for the fourth scientific and technological revolution and the key to improving productivity and international competitiveness.Therefore,the paper selects the ICT industry as the research object.The paper uses python software to obtain the ICT industry joint application patent data in the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office and obtains the overall cooperation and innovation network of ICT industry and the cooperative innovation network of different cooperation modes through data organization and network transformation.Based on this,this paper uses social network method to explore the network characteristics of different cooperation modes and the influence of network centrality and agglomeration coefficient on technological innovation.On the one hand,the paper accounts for various structure indicators of the ICT industry cooperation innovation network,and analyzes the development of China's ICT industry cooperation innovation network.The research results show that the network scale of ICT industry cooperation innovation network is gradually expanding,and the network has changed from university-oriented network to enterprise-oriented network;The industry-university-research cooperation innovation network of ICT industry has spiraling evolution characteristics and universities act as a "bridge" in the network;The inter-enterprise cooperation innovation network of ICT industry has a large number of weak connections and the enterprise internal cooperation mode is the most common cooperation mode.On the other hand,this paper explores the impact of the centrality and agglomeration coefficient of different cooperation modes of China's ICT industry on technological innovation.The research results show that the centrality index and agglomeration coefficient index of the ICT industry cooperation innovation network have a positive impact on technological innovation and the network average index has a restraining effect on technological innovation.
