Antidumping trade dispute is the most common type of various international trade disputes.Since 1995,China has been the country suffering the most anti-dumping investigations and anti-dumping measures in the world. In recent years,China has gradually become familiar with anti-dumping rules and started to reasonably use anti-dumping tools to safeguard its own economic interests after experiencing various international trade disputes. From 1997,when China initiated its first anti-dumping investigation,to 2017,China has initiated a total of 261 anti-dumping investigations, ranking 7th in the world. With the resurgence of international trade protectionism in recent years,in the future foreign trade pattern, whether it is to meet the development needs of the spreading situation of trade protectionism or to rationally settle trade disputes with major trading partners,It is of great practical significance to explore the influencing factors of China's anti-dumping and reexamine China's anti-dumping measures under the new national strategic framework.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and purpose of the research in the introduction, and sorts out the domestic and foreign scholars' studies on the influence factors of anti-dumping and the economic effects. This paper introduces the research contents and methods, and points out the innovation and deficiency of the paper. Then, this paper explains the relevant theory of anti-dumping,introduces the definition of dumping, three requirements for determining dumping and three prerequisites for the occurrence of dumping, then the intermediate product model is used to explain that the fundamental reason for dumping lies in the difference of production efficiency between the manufacturer of finished products in the exporting country and the importing country. Then the rise and development of anti-dumping are introduced and the influence of dumping and anti-dumping on importing countries is analyzed. Finally, the theoretical basis of anti-dumping-trade protectionism theory and policy are introduced in detail.Secondly, the paper makes a multi-dimensional analysis of the current situation and characteristics of China's anti-dumping.Firstly,the general characteristics of China's anti-dumping are deeply excavated from the angles of the time of anti-dumping investigation, the industries involved and the provincial distribution, revealing the unique characteristics of China's anti-dumping,and then emphatically analyzing the similarities and differences in time and industry distribution when China's anti-dumping involves different economies. Finally, this paper chooses macroeconomic and strategic indicators to make an empirical study on the influencing factors of China's anti-dumping.The results show that macroeconomic indicators have a significant influence on China's anti-dumping,which is reflected not only in the anti-dumping of developed economies, but also in the anti-dumping of developing economies;Exchange rate also has an impact on China's anti-dumping.When RMB appreciates against foreign currencies,if the prices of products from developed and developing economies remain unchanged in China's market, the prices of products from these economies will be lower than those of China's market in their own countries or regions under the current exchange rate,so that they will not be legally recognized as dumping by the Ministry of Commerce of China; The increase of import permeability is closely related to China's anti-dumping,but the pressure caused by imports only plays a role in the anti-dumping of developed economies, but does not play a role in the anti-dumping of developing economies. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the government, industry associations and enterprises,in order to make rational use of anti-dumping tools under the new national development strategy and promote the healthy development of China's economy.
