The form of scientific research has become the inherent requirement of the current innovation and entrepreneurial society production mode.For an enterprise,having an effective technology innovation team is a necessary condition for a place in the market led by this innovation and development.However various forms of constructive conflicts have emerged within the team.How to effectively use the constructive conflicts in the science and technology innovation team and vigorously promote the innovation of management is a problem that cannot be ignored in the research and application of the science and technology innovation team.The existence of the conflict game in the science and technology innovation team has an important influence on the technological innovation of the enterprise.This paper studies the innovation management of the science and technology innovation team based on the conflict evolution game.The research content and its main innovations are as follows:Firstly,innovation management can conduct conflict evolution game based on task-type and emotional-type conflicts.The results of conflict evolution game can help science and technology innovation teams build innovative management mechanisms,stimulate innovation ability,and improve innovation results.The research provides a theoretical foundation for the analysis of theoretical literature and case studies from the four aspects of innovation management,conflict mechanism,evolutionary game and scientific and technological innovation team,which provides a theoretical knowledge for the scientific and technological innovation team based on conflict evolutionary game.Secondly,the role of task-based conflicts within the team usually manifests as positive conflicts,and the innovative cooperation in the process of team project plays an active role,while the emotional conflicts are mostly uncontrollable destructive conflicts,unable to play in the long-term evolutionary game.In the process of obtaining a certain result,emotional conflict cannot determine whether the specific role of innovation cooperation,so some management tools are needed to promote the level of positive conflict and reduce destructive conflicts.Thirdly,the study constructs two evolutionary game models of emotional conflict and task conflict among members of scientific and technological innovation team under bounded rationality,and carries out the strategy selection and stability analysis during the asymmetric long-term game of two people.Task conflict and innovation evolution game should improve members' choice of "innovation" decision-making in the process of task conflict game decision-making,promote innovation decision-making should give corresponding encouragement and incentive system such as bonus,etc.The probability that members should choose "innovation" strategy should be higher than the probability of“emotional conflict",and should adjust the intensity of punishment caused by conflict.In addition,the penalty factor to control the members' income,and prompt the team members to make rational decisions.Moreover,consider whether to carry out innovation or other flexibility management mechanism to adjust,so as to improve and improve the innovation management of the existing technology innovation team.Fourthly,the research is based on the analysis of related game models such as task conflict and emotional conflict model,discusses the innovation management application research of the technology innovation team based on the task conflict mechanism and the innovation management application research based on the relationship conflict mechanism,and proposes the technology innovation team respectively.Safeguards for innovation management based on emotional conflicts and safeguards for innovation management of science and technology innovation teams based on conflicts of tasks.At this time,the innovation management research of the science and technology innovation team based on the conflict evolution game is mainly based on the stability analysis results of the game model.The research makes a preliminary analysis of the practice research of conflict evolution game and innovation management.The proposed innovation management method is Further-deepening research on innovation management of scientific and technological innovation teams provide feasible countermeasures.
