Since1974burnout as the term, it has been subject to the attention of the academic community. Especially in recent years, the social phenomenon of Foxconn incident, a28-year-old white-collar’s sudden death, civil servants’suicide etc, so that people are increasingly concerned about the issue of burnout. With Chinese characteristics, employees of state-owned enterprises have a higher social status, the stability of social security, it looks like a good job. However, the stable working environment and the narrow channels of the rise easy to form a negative attitude, the same time, with the propulsion of the reform of state-owned enterprises, it’s an unprecedented impact for the employees. Therefore, the employees of state-owned enterprises is burnout-prone crowd. Social work as a professional helping activity, with the spirit of "helping people to help themselves", there are many professional skills and methods in the field of industry. It brings the gospel for the burnout problem of state-owned enterprises as the development of industrial social work.Author takes C airport as an example. First of all, starting from the theory "person in environment (PIE)", clearing the burnout interaction between personal and the environment, using a combination of questionnaires and structured interviews, and three dimensional divided to understand the burnout of state-owned enterprises; Second, combine of qualitative data to analyze the reasons for the burnout. The shift system, the incentive system and the working environment brings pressure to the employees. Due to the differences in the ability of individual employees, when it is difficulty for the personal to deal with these pressures, burnout will produce; Finally, depending on the symptoms of burnout, to develop appropriate intervention strategies with case social, group social work, community social work and administration of social work, is committed to alleviate the employees of state-owned enterprises burnout phenomenon.
