The development of automobile industry brings fastness and convenience for people,but at the same time,it has caused serious issues like energy consumption,air pollution and traffic congestion.The 16th and 17th CCP Party of the Fifth Plenary Session clearly put forward the construction of "Two Type Society",namely,energy-saving and environment friendly society.In the context of "Two Type Society",more government study the implementation of public bike rental service,guide citizens to use bicycles more,and advocate green traffic.At this point,public bicycle as new daily transportation method gradually entered people's daily life.SiYang county of JiangSu province is the first of a few county level cities has installed public bicycle systems,with more than 2000 public bicycles 110 sites,where the transportation network covers all transport hubs and the city people.In order to serve the public better,the government signed a PPP mode with Jiangsu HH Advertising Media Co.,LTD.(Hereinafter referred to as the HH Advertising Company)and reached a cooperation agreement that the HH Advertising Company is responsible for financing and construction of more than 200 public bicycle pavilion,as the main force of the outdoor advertising,public bicycle pavilion advertisement in the local community.As a bicycle pavilion project operators HH advertising company,how to find the target customer and develop effective marketing strategies,how to improve the yield in the PPP mode risk aversion,will determine the success or failure of public bicycle pavilion project,also will inevitably affect the development of the company.Having site in siyang county public bicycle transportation system,more than 110 bicycle pavilions,now has 80 available,each site has four bicycle pavilions,total bicycle pavilion boxes 310,that is 620 large advertising media resources.In addition,each bicycle pavilion construction completely copy the Nanjing Youth Olympic standard booth,which is elegant,and unique lighting effect is good.Perfect and developed the uniqueness of public bicycle systems and bicycle pavilion itself,scarcity will brought good effectiveness for public bicycle pavilion,and bring good benefits for advertisers.As its operator HH advertising company in the new type of cooperation of the PPP mode,must avoid the relevant risks,finding the right advertisers and carry out effective marketing strategy,in order to recover the investment costs as soon as possible to guarantee the orderly development project and the continuing operations of the company.The article is divided into six parts,the fourth part of the project environment analysis and the fifth part of the project marketing strategy is the focus of the article.Based on bicycle pavilion project of macro environment and competitive environment analysis of SWOT matrix,through briefly classified target customers of the market,and combined with marketing 4Ps theory,this article analyzes marketing strategy of the project and relevant conclusions.As the individual ability is limited,there are still many problems to be solved in the article,however we still have some practical significance and a very important guiding role on business development of HH advertising company and the use of PPP model of small and medium-sized city.
