With the advent of the Internet era,the development of online transactions,gave birth to the emergence and development of e-commerce industry.In 2005,Premier Keqiang Li formally put forward the concept of "Internet +",accompanied by a series of related policies,the Internet industry has been a strong policy support and guidance,cross-border retail as a new form of foreign trade also ushered in The development of the peak period,on the one hand,cross-border electricity retail business in the continuous development,on the other hand a variety of tax evasion,long logistics time and fake and shoddy products are more and more questions,making cross-border electricity providers The status and prospects of the retail industry are confusing.This paper summarizes the research methods and research conclusions of the previous literatures by means of literature review,and then analyzes the current situation of the industry from three aspects:legal policy,industry comparison and consumers.Analysis and qualitative analysis from the perspective of legal policy,industry perspective and consumer behavior perspective on the current advantages and disadvantages of cross-border electricity retail business descriptive analysis,that the current advantages of cross-border electricity business for external factors,The quantitative analysis is divided into the research on the influencing factors of consumer buying behavior and the study of consumer satisfaction.The study of influencing factors of consumer buying behavior mainly through the questionnaire survey,the establishment of ORDERED model to study the impact of users through the cross-border electricity business platform shopping factors that the use of sex and the use of cross-border electric business there is no obvious relationship between the frequency,and female consumers There is a richer shopping channel with male consumers;the frequency of people using cross-border electricity is often negatively correlated with age;positively correlated with income;positively correlated with the pursuit of quality of life.Consumer satisfaction research mainly through the KMO test,factor analysis and multiple regression,sub-commodity attributes,corporate image,security convenience,logistics and distribution,after-sales service analysis of five dimensions of consumer awareness of cross-border electric business enterprises,The study found that consumers are more satisfied with the commodity attributes of cross-border electrician imports,and the weight of commodity attributes is the highest in the whole factor analysis,indicating that the weight is the highest in the whole satisfaction.Consumers of the vast majority of cross-border consumer satisfaction with the source and commodity attributes.When the quality of goods,color,and other characteristics are better,under normal circumstances,consumer satisfaction will not be very low.Second,the second highest weight is the logistics distribution factor,its weight is 0.18.The lowest weight is the after-sales service factor,shop image factor and security convenience factor.Judging from the average score of the weight,the logistics distribution factor score of 3.73 and security convenience factor,after-sales service factor,commodity attribute factor,shop image factor score,are less than 3.7.Describe the safety and convenience of cross-border electricity business,after-sales service,commodity attributes,the network image to be improved.Combined with the analysis of appeals,this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the current cross-border electricity business from three different dimensions.These three angles are not completely independent but interrelated.According to the above analysis to provide policy advice for the development of the industry,the government should improve the New Deal to strengthen customs supervision and management work;strengthen market supervision,support small and micro enterprises;reduce logistics costs,make up for endogenous disadvantages.
