A Research On Economic History Of Dali Region In The Pre-Qing Dynasty

This paper takes Dali area in the early Qing Dynasty as the research object,mainly regards the change of the administrative governance system and the "three vassal chaos" and the impact on the social economy from the "three vassas" as the historical main line,and mainly pays attention to the Dali government from Shunzhi 16 years to Qianlong 40 years.Lijiang Fu,Menghua Department and Yongchang House,such as the economic development situation.In this paper,the management system,input,output,finance and tradesituation of Dali area in the early stage of Qing Dynasty are sorted out,and the economic development of this area is discussed and analyzed,showing the basic features of the economic activity development of Dali area in the early Qing Dynasty.Conducive to in-depth and detailed understanding of the historical development of Dali Prefecture.In the early Qing Dynasty,in order to restore and develop the declining economic scene after the war,the rulers implemented a series of policies and measures to encourage reclamation and cultivation of land in Dali area,and the population continued to increase,with the passage of time.The land area that can be used for newly reclaimed land in Dali area is becoming smaller and smaller,and the development mode is becoming more and more difficult.In order to solve the population pressure and ease the contradiction between people and land,the Qing government implemented a series of policies,encouraged a large number of foreign people to actively pour into the border minority areas,and brought with them advanced production tools and production technology.To a great extent,the level of agricultural production development in Dali area has been improved.Big cities and counties in Dali have been built and repaired.The quantity of water conservancy project provides a good basic condition for local agricultural irrigation.Corn,potato and other high-yield crops have been vigorously popularized and planted in mountainous areas,which has promoted the development of mountain agriculture and solved the problem of food and clothing for most of the people in Dali area to a great extent.Dali area in history is the core gathering place of southwest talents,and the construction time of educational institutions is relatively early.In the early Qing Dynasty,the development of cultural education in Dali provinces,prefectures,counties and townships made gratifying achievements and formed a relatively perfect feudal education system.The main sources of fiscal revenue are farmland and salt,followed by mining taxes and other taxes,fiscal expenditures are mainly reflected in administrative expenses and military expenditures.With the commodity economy With the development of economic development,the increasing consumption demand of the people has promoted the rise of urban and rural bazaars and the development of foreign trade in Dali area,and has provided a favorable exchange place for the exchange of agricultural and by-products.Led the development of commodity economy and the emergence of capitalism in Dali region.In the early Qing Dynasty,the commodity trade in Dali region was still in its infancy,and the category of trade goods was relatively single and the scale was relatively small.
