Study On The Space Demarcation And Control Measures Of Jinan City Based On The Niche Fitness Model

Under the current situation that the current spatial planning has undergone the "two regulations coordination","three regulations in one","multi-regulation","space planning integration" and other reforms,the strategy of the country's main functional areas has been fully guided,and the national planning is integrated.Under the background of spatial planning,the overall land use planning needs to be transformed.How to inherit the main functional zone concept and how to implement the national land space development and protection strategy is an important direction for the unified control of the national land space.And to form an intensive and efficient production space,a livable living space,and a beautiful ecological space,is the main basis for delineating the three living spaces.Based on the definition of “three-life space”,this paper takes Jinan City as an example to explore the technical system of “three-life” space demarcation method,and compares the current situation pattern to provide suggestions for the subsequent development of Jinan spatial pattern.Space control measures provide a reference for spatial planning and control strategies.The main contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)This paper uses the niche suitability evaluation model to define the three living spaces,and constructs an evaluation system suitable for the actual characteristics of Jinan City,and analyzes the spatial structure and pattern of Jinan City.The results of the niche suitability model show that the main production space in Jinan is mainly distributed in the northern part of Jinan.The main function space of life is mainly distributed in the central area of Jinan.The ecologically dominant functional space is mainly distributed in the southern mountainous areas.The co-production complex development area is mainly located in Jiyang County and the southeast of Changqing District.The development able living space is mainly distributed in Zhangqiu City.(2)Dividing the three-dimensional spatial pattern of the current land use type in Jinan City in 2016.The division space is mainly divided into the production-oriented space mainly based on the agricultural production function of cultivated land,the function of purifying and conserving water source in the garden,and the water conservancy production function provided by transportation and water conservancy.The urban residents living in urban and institutional towns live in the space,villages and facilities.The main functional space of life includes cities,towns,villages,facilities,agricultural land,mining land,and other construction sites.(3)According to the evaluation of the niche suitability model,the suitability of the three-life spatial pattern is based on the matching degree of the three-dimensional spatial pattern based on the status.The development of Jinan's current situation is highly compatible with the evaluation.(4)Based on the actual situation of Jinan City,this paper starts from the three main functional areas of production,ecology and life,and formulates corresponding control measures according to the dominant factors of spatial development.The main production space is mainly from the perspective of cultivated land.The ecologically dominant space is mainly from the perspective of grassland,forest land and water area.The main space of life is mainly from the perspective of the expansion and development of towns and residential areas,and different control measures are formulated from different aspects.
