Research On The Coordinated Development Of "Sansheng Space" Function In Characteristic Towns

The new urbanization construction is an important task for the state to comprehensively promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and create a stable development pattern during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.The importance of the characteristic town as a new urbanization path exploration process is self-evident.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to follow the laws of science,encourage local conditions to adapt to local conditions,combine its own development characteristics,boldly highlight innovative features,guide social capital to participate and promote sustainable development,and embark on a new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics.As an important component of the connection between urban and rural systems,the characteristic town plays an important role in linking up and down.With the increasing policy support of the state for the construction of characteristic towns,the characteristic town has developed into a new path in China's rural construction,and became the point of economic growth.The key and primary issues in the planning and construction of characteristic towns are: the functional integration of production space,living space and ecological space(referred to as “Sansheng space”).At present,scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on the connotation of the characteristic town,industry selection,planning practice and development model,and have achieved certain stage results.However,the functional integration and coordination and balance evaluation of the “Sansheng space” in characteristic towns have not yet formed a system.In particular,there is no empirical analysis on how to realize the optimal allocation of resources and factors within the limited space of the characteristic towns.Therefore,the further discussion is needed.Based on the theory of system,and the theory of “Sansheng space”,this paper takes the case of Jiuzhou town in Guizhou Province coordinated development to explore the coordinated development of the functional integration of the “Sansheng space”in the characteristic towns of the study area.Firstly,comprehensively analyze and sort out the status quo,characteristics and mutual relations of the production space,living space and ecological space of the characteristic towns.Secondly,based on the functional perspective,construct the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of the “Sansheng function”of the characteristic towns,and propose the function coordination development evaluation model;Again,based on empirical analysis,the functional coordination of the“Sansheng space”in the town of Jiuzhou showed a dynamic change process of “on the verge of dysfunction-primary coordination-good coordination-quality coordination” in2013-2018.Finally,around the organic integration of production,living and ecological space in the study area,the countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of the characteristic towns are proposed,in order to provide theoretical and practical technical references for the deepening and coordinated development of the mountainous characteristic towns in Guizhou Province.
