A Study On The Willingness Of Villagers Of Ethnic Minorities In Southern Xinjiang To Participate In The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside

Since ancient times,xinjiang has been a region where many ethnic groups coexist.Many cultures converge and exchange here,which is influenced by its unique geographical location,profound historical origin,splendid ethnic culture,colorful folk customs and characteristics of ethnic composition.The construction of beautiful countryside is an important decision put forward by the party.Compared with other places,the construction of beautiful countryside of ethnic minority villages in xinjiang has its unique features and strong typicality.Therefore,it is of profound theoretical and practical significance to study the participation of ethnic minority villagers in the construction of beautiful villages in southern xinjiang,which is conducive to maintaining the overall social stability,creating a good social environment and promoting economic development,and making up for the economic weakness of southern xinjiang.Therefore,exploring the willingness of villagers to participate in the construction of beautiful countryside plays a very important role in promoting the process.The extensive participation of villagers in construction can inject more vitality into the construction of beautiful countryside,which plays a vital role in the overall development and progress of rural society.In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the construction of beautiful countryside is an important consideration of China's governance ability and governance system thought for today's society,and the rural construction of China's ethnic minority areas is an indispensable part of the consideration.This paper takes the beautiful rural construction of ethnic minority villages in southern xinjiang as the research background and the villagers of five ethnic minority villages in four townships in southern xinjiang as the research object.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the basic situation of beautiful rural construction of minority villages in southern xinjiang from the basic characteristics of survey samples,infrastructure construction,spiritual civilization construction and environmental governance.The participation intention of villagers is analyzed from the aspects of their awareness,perception and satisfaction.Through questionnaire analysis,the factors influencing the participation willingness of ethnic minority villagers in southern xinjiang were analyzed from the perspectives of villagers,government and society,and the influencing factors were further tested and analyzed by empirical analysis.The analysis of the problems in the participation of villagers in the construction of beautiful countryside shows that:the awareness of villagers is low,the enthusiasm to participate in the construction needs to be improved;The guiding role of public policy and publicity efforts are not enough;Lack of reasonable planning,the overall planning level is low;There is not enough financial investment in rural construction.Finally,based on the existing problems,put forward relevant policies and Suggestions,namely: strengthen the main role of farmers,improve the enthusiasm of villagers in the construction;Improve the training service system,improve the comprehensive quality of villagers;Increase village publicity activities;Improve villagers' participation in construction initiative;Strengthen village planning and construction,excavate local characteristic culture;We will strengthen financial security.
