Current Status Of Agricultural Mechanization Development And Analysis Of Promotion Mechanism In Songyuan

China is a populous as well as a large agricultural country. Agricultural development is fundamental to the country’s development, and agricultural mechanization plays a vital role in the process of agricultural development. Agricultural mechanization is an important content and symbol for agricultural modernization. With deepening continuously preferential policies of agricultural mechanization in China, the funds of allowance for purchasing agricultural machinery have been expanded gradually. Agricultural mechanization is of increasing importance in agricultural production and rural economy development.Situated in the central west of Jilin province, the city of Songyuan belongs to mid-temperate zone. Teeming with corns, the city has a corn yield of over 4 million tons per year, ranking the No.1 of per capita grain production in the whole province. It is of profound practical significance to the city and whole province through the analysis of agricultural mechanization development in Songyuan.In the paper, the author firstly introduces the current situation and great achievement obtained of agricultural mechanization development in Jilin province, and discusses the current situation of agricultural mechanization development in Songyuan. Moreover, the paper lists three major modes of agricultural mechanization development in Songyuan including production enterprise driving mode, professional cooperative of agricultural machinery driving mode and government guiding mode respectively. And according to the existing problems in the process of agricultural mechanization development, it puts forward 5 promotion mechanisms which are beneficial to agricultural mechanization development in Songyuan including policy supporting mechanism, fund supporting mechanism, service training mechanism, system supporting mechanism and technology supporting mechanism respectively. The proposing of these promotion mechanisms will hopefully provide valid references of making and releasing policies to relevant departments of agricultural machinery in Songyuan government.
