| Relying on the regional characteristic resources endowment,based on comparative advantage,competitive feature efforts to develop the agricultural industry,and pointing to the characteristic and advantage of agricultural products effective platform of agricultural development,as well as in agriculture is strong this solid base,expanding base expansion,and transforming traditional agricultural industrial structure system,the importance of improving agricultural comprehensive benefit,therefore,our government is actively promoting the development of competitive feature of regional agriculture industry.Tonghua county is located at the south foot of Changbai mountain,which belongs to the mountainous landform and is suitable for the development of blueberry planting.At present,Tonghua county has the whole industry development foundation of blueberry,and has been identified as the advantageous characteristic industry by Tonghua county,trying to build the new engine of economic growth of Tonghua county.This paper studies the development and construction of blueberry characteristic advantage industry in Tonghua county.The specific layout is as follows.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research topic basis,research status at home and abroad,main research content,research methods and other contents.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis,mainly defining the two concepts of characteristic advantage industry and industrial technology integration,and expounding the three theoretical bases.Chapter three introduces the current situation and problems of blueberry superior industry construction in Tonghua county.The fourth chapter is the design conception of blueberry superior industry construction in Tonghua county,mainly including construction idea,construction target and principle,space layout design,construction module design and three-industry integration mechanism design.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the construction and development of blueberry competitive industries in Tonghua county,and puts forward feasible Suggestions for the main problems in the construction to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the construction.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.This paper draws five conclusions:First,Tonghua county is located in a mountainous area with special geographical location to develop the blueberry industry.Therefore,relying on the advantages of high-quality blueberry resources,the integrated development of the whole blueberry industry should be accelerated.Second,the whole industry form of blueberry in Tonghua county is basically formed,with good development momentum and conditions for capacity expansion and efficiency increase.Therefore,Tonghua county should seize the development opportunity and accelerate the pace of the development of blueberry premium industry.Third,Tonghua county faces four major problems in promoting the development of blueberry premium industry.If these problems cannot be solved effectively,it will restrict the smooth development of blueberry premium industry.Fourth,this paper believes that it is necessary to carry out innovative design for blueberry advantageous industry construction in Tonghua county.Therefore,this paper proposes a complete set of construction design from the aspects of planting module design,processing and logistics mode design,brand construction and marketing module design,technology integration mode design,investment and financing module design and so on.Fifth,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and Suggestions: increasing government guidance and support,promoting the appropriate scale operation of the blueberry industry,implementing institutional compensation for the ecological benefits of the blueberry industry,hatching the leading enterprises in the blueberry industry,and strengthening the overall standardization construction of the blueberry industry. |
