Study On The Development Of Blueberry Characteristic Industry In Sandaohu Town,Jingyu County,Jilin Province

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and the industrial cornerstone of long-term social stability.With the emergence of market economy and rapid development of industry and service industry in the early 1990 s,agriculture has gradually become a vulnerable industry in the national economy,and the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development of agriculture has become more and more prominent.If the adverse evolution trend of agriculture is not contained,The safe supply of national agricultural products will not be guaranteed,which will fundamentally shake the stable and healthy operation of national economy and society.Therefore,clear agricultural development obstruction,reform agricultural development conditions,create development environment,promote agricultural sustainable development is imperative.The Party and the state have always attached great importance to agricultural development.Especially since 2006,they have entered the era of industry feeding agriculture.They have promoted agricultural development through preferential policies such as agricultural tax reduction and exemption,major agricultural projects such as farmland water conservancy,and the construction of platforms for agricultural industrialization.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which combines agriculture and rural areas as a whole,emphasizes the development and expansion of the leading industry of characteristic agriculture,the construction of the path of leading industry of characteristic agriculture to guide the prosperity of rural industry and lead the development of regional economy,and promotes the implementation of the rural strategy.Therefore,relying on the regional characteristics of rich resources and based on comparative advantages,we should strive to develop agricultural characteristic industries and construct a platform of high-quality agricultural products,which not only conforms to the value orientation of strengthening the agricultural base and consolidating the base,expanding the base and increasing the capacity of agriculture,but also meets the institutional requirements of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Jingyu County is located at the west foot of Changbai Mountain,with superior ecological environment and rich agricultural resources,and has congenital advantages in the development conditions of the characteristic industry of blueberry.At present,Jingyu County has the basis for the development of the whole industry of blueberry,which has been identified as the dominant industry with advantages and characteristics by the county,trying to build it into a new engine of economic growth of the county.In this paper,the development and construction of blueberry dominant characteristic industry in Jingyu County was studied.The details are as follows.The main research content of this paper is divided into four main parts.The first part is the research basis,which mainly describes the topic selection basis,domestic and foreign research status,main research content and research methods of the development of blueberry characteristic industry in Sandaohu Town.The second part is the development status and problems of the characteristic industry of blueberry in Sandaohu Town,Jingyu County,Jilin Province,mainly from the status quo and existing problems of blueberry planting,blueberry processing,blueberry logistics sales,blueberry theme tourism,and the integrated development of the whole industry chain of blueberry.The third part is the empirical model research,mainly using the grey relational degree method,to study the influence factors weight of the development of blueberry characteristic industry in Sandaohu Town,Jingyu County,Jilin Province.The fourth part is the strategic conception design,which carries out nine modules design for the development of blueberry characteristic industry,and puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the implementation of the development design of blueberry characteristic industry in Sandaohu Town of Jingyu County.This paper draws the following five conclusions: First,Sandaohu Town is located in the mountainous area with abundant ecological resources,high yield and good quality of blueberries,and actively developing blueberry planting conforms to the agricultural development orientation of Sandaohu Town.Second,the whole industry chain of blueberry in Sandaohu Town has basically taken shape,and the sales market has basically completed its layout in the northeast and central regions of China.The high sales income of the specialty industry of blueberry has led to increasing investment in production factors such as capital and labor force,and there is still room to expand the planting area.The technical force of blueberry orientation is constantly growing,and the basic conditions for the integration and development of the specialty industry of blueberry are strong.The town should accelerate the development of the blueberry specialty industry.Third,in the process of promoting the development of the blueberry specialty industry,Sandaowu Town is faced with four main problems,namely,the unbalanced development of the blueberry specialty industry,the lack of professional talents in the blueberry specialty industry,the low level of product development,and the restrictions of farmers themselves.Fourth,the priority order of blueberry industry construction is calculated through the model.In the future development process,according to the priority of construction work,blueberry logistics,organic fertilizer input,stable blueberry planting area,high-quality labor input,blueberry product processing,blueberry theme tourism format,and financial investment(infrastructure)construction are completed in turn.Fifth,this paper puts forward innovative strategic conception,and proposes design from nine aspects.Specifically,it includes blueberry characteristic industry construction space layout design,high-quality farmers cultivation plate design,blueberry green standardized scale planting base design,blueberry processing park design,blueberry characteristic industry cold chain logistics design,blueberry characteristic industry sales module design,blueberry characteristic industry tourism new format design,blueberry characteristic industry brand design,and blueberry characteristic industry integration design.Fifth,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions: strengthen the role of the government,carry out intensive management,incubate the leading enterprises of blueberry characteristic industry,and strengthen scientific and technological support.
