Building a beautiful China and rejuvenating the countryside is the mission of The Times.Nowadays, agricultural modernization, aging population and accelerated urbanization have strengthened the correlation between agricultural producer services and farmers' income to some extent.Shandong province is a large and strong agricultural province. In view of the current situation and problems of the development of agricultural producer services in shandong province,it is of practical significance to timely study the impact of the development of agricultural producer services in shandong province on farmers' income. This paper selects relevant data of shandong province from1993 to 2016,conducts co-integration test and error correction test on it,and finds through empirical analysis that there is a positive long-term equilibrium relationship between agricultural producer services and farmers' per capita net income, and the promotion effect is obvious.Research shows that for every 1% increase in the level of agricultural producer services, the per capita net income of farmers increases by 0.05%.However,the promotion effect is not obvious in the short term.It may be that the development process of agricultural producer services has a certain lag effect,so that it will not have an immediate effect on farmers' income.Although the short-term effect is not obvious, eventually the agricultural producer service industry will continue to adjust over time, and then adjust the short-term unbalanced state to the long-term equilibrium state. At the same time, granger causality test is carried out on the data, and it is found that there is a two-way causality between the two, that is,reciprocal feedback relationship.Agricultural producer services include several specific subsectors. How does each subsector affect farmers' income? This paper first learned from the previous classification standards and experience, based on the actual appropriate theoretical expectations, and tested the impact of specific subdivided industries on farmers' income, empirical findings found that the subdivided industries, such as agricultural technology promotion, agricultural information industry on farmers' income has some promoting effect, should focus on development and construction, let it play a role.Although the final empirical test result is not completely consistent with the theoretical expectation,it can also reflectthe certain problems existing in the development of agricultural producer services in shandong province, find out the reasons, and find the right remedy for the specific situation.Secondly, shandong province is compared with other agricultural developed provinces for reference, and foreign advanced practices are compared. Finally, based on the above empirical and theoretical analysis, the corresponding Suggestions in line with the situation of shandong province are put forward.Introduce market mechanism actively, perfect social service system;Give full play to leading enterprises' driving effect and create an excellent environment for industrial development;Improve the corresponding policies and regulations, the implementation of preferential tax policies.
