Research On Business Process Reengineering Of Installation And Maintenance Service In YT Unicom

Based on the theory of business process reengineering(BPR),this paper takes YT Unicom as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of its assembly and maintenance service process under the new environment of mixed restructuring and small contracting,as well as the root causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions for BPR.In order to improve the core competitiveness of YT Unicom in the telecommunication market and complete the transformation and upgrading of the installation and maintenance services business.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic theory of BPR.Secondly,it introduces the original process of YT Unicom's installation and maintenance service,evaluates the original process from the angles of time,cost and satisfaction,and analyses the existing problems.Then,the business process reengineering of YT Unicom's assembly and maintenance services is studied,and the business processes are redesigned.The comparison and analysis of the business process reengineering before and after are made,and the feasible plan of business process reengineering is put forward.Then,the implementation effect of the reengineering program is analyzed,and the safeguard measures for the implementation of the new process are constructed.Finally,the conclusions of this study are summarized and refined from the macro perspective,reminding operators to improve their market competitiveness and business level as soon as possible in order to face more complex and fierce competition in the future telecommunications industry.Taking YT Unicom as an example,under the background of communication industry,the research on BPR in the field of installation and maintenance services has certain value and innovation.This is also a supplement to BPR,and to a certain extent,it also expands the research field of BPR.
