The Research On The Evolution Of Economic Spatial Structure In Northeast China

Since the beginning of the new century,the economy of northeast China has experienced a reversal from rapid development to "cliff type" decline.The development structure of northeast China makes the whole economic development of northeast China gradually turn from prosperity to depression.The difference in resource endowment and development structure leads to the obvious difference in the level and speed of economic development in northeast China.With the continuous development and changes of social economy,the economic imbalance among regions becomes more prominent.It is of great significance to accurately grasp the evolution characteristics and laws of the economic spatial structure in northeast China and scientifically evaluate the influencing factors of its development and change,so as to promote regional coordinated development and promote high-quality development.Firstly,on the basis of systematically sorting out the spatial development theory of regional economy and relevant research literature,this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical mechanism of the formation and development of regional economic spatial structure from four aspects: location potential energy,agglomeration and diffusion,spatial neighbor effect and self-organization--organized.Secondly to concentration index to measure economic geographic concentration and explore the northeast regional economic space structure evolution law since 2000,and using the spatial panel model,state of 35 cities in northeast area as the basic research object,from the resources endowment,industrial structure,policy factors discussed the influence factors of the northeast regional economic space structure;Finally,put forward the corresponding rationalization countermeasures.Since 2000,the overall economy of the Northeast has shown a development trend of rising first and falling later,and the economic center of gravity has continued to advance southwards.In the South,the Liaozhong South Economic Cluster with Dalian and Shenyang as the core was formed;The tendency of the central region to gather in Changchun City and Harbin City is obvious,but the overall economic agglomeration is gradually weakening;The "extensive and sparse" phenomenon in the Western,northern and eastern regions represented by resource-based cities is gradually deepening.The results show that the pattern of economic space in the Northeast presents a typical core-edge spatial structure,that is,it has experienced an economically intensive area with Dalian,Anshan,Panjin and Shenyang as the axis and an economic agglomeration area with Daqing and Changchun as the core.To the transformation of liao-zhongnan economic agglomeration area with Dalian and Shenyang as the core.The economic development level of cities and prefectures in northeast China has obvious geographical correlation and significant spatial neighbor effect.Natural resources,transportation infrastructure,industrial structure level and government investment play an important role in the evolution of economic spatial structure in northeast China.The development of the secondary industry,fiscal expenditure,fixed asset investment and the improvement of residents' living standard have a significant promoting effect on the economic agglomeration in northeast China and are conducive to the formation of agglomeration spatial structure in northeast China.The development of tertiary industry has a significant negative effect on economic agglomeration.The actual utilization of foreign capital has no significant effect on the economic agglomeration in northeast China.
