| Against the backdrop of rapid economic development and deepening globalization,urban agglomeration not only leads regional and national economic development,but becomes a basic regional unit for countries to participate in global competition and international division of labor.In the western region,Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is the only state-level urban agglomeration.Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is an important platform for the development of the western region and an important demonstration area for the country to promote new urbanization.In this paper,143 counties(districts)of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration are taken as the research unit.Based on the data of per capita GDP from 2000 to 2014 and combined with traditional statistical methods and ESDA method,the evolution of county economic spatial structure of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is quantitatively analyzed.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration by using geographical detector,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the per capita GDP data of 143 counties(districts)in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2014,the spatial structure evolution of the urban agglomeration was analyzed.The results show that the southeast economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is rapid,and the center of economic development is gradually approaching the geometric center of gravity.The high level counties(districts)mainly present the typical dual-nuclei cluster structure,while the low level counties(districts)evolve from block distribution to scatter-semi-ring distribution,and their spatial scope shows a sharp narrowing trend.Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration forms a solid core growth pole and presents obvious diffusion phenomenon.The spatial pattern of county economic development in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration has better continuity and stronger spatial self-organization.(2)The results of the differences in county economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration show that the regional absolute differences show an expanding trend,while the relative differences narrow rapidly.The overall difference of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration shows a downward trend,which indicates that the overall trend of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is balanced development.The number of high-speed and medium-high-speed growth regions in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is only half of the number of regions with the average speed lower than that of the study region,indicating that most counties(districts)in the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration have slow economic development,and the regional economic growth is mainly driven by a small number of counties(districts)with high-speed growth.(3)Using the geographical detector method,the author took the growth rate of per capita GDP from 2000 to 2014 as the dependent variable,and the economic development basis,traffic location condition,industrial structure adjustment,regional development strategy,market development status,scale of central city and population growth status of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as the independent variables for factor detection and analysis.The results show that the economic base is the leading factor affecting the spatial structure of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.The synergistic effect of market development and economic foundation is the first interactive factor of the spatial structure of county economy and the difference of economic development in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration.The second and the third interaction factors are the radiation effect of the central city and the industrial adjustment,the scale of the central city and the economic foundation.In view of the problems encountered in the county economic development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration,this paper proposes to improve the coordination and cooperation mechanism of the dual-core cities from the perspectives of internal structure optimization and external system construction,and strengthen the radiation driving effect of the dual-core cities.Cultivate core growth poles in peripheral mountain areas;Relying on national strategies such as "One Belt and One Road" and Yangtze river economic belt,countermeasures such as expanding the east-west and inward opening pattern of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration are proposed to provide certain theoretical basis for the integration and coordinated development of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration. |
