Since the reform and opening up,China's macro-economy has developed at a high speed. At the same time, the differences among the three economic belts in the East, the West and the West have become increasingly prominent, which has attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.Moderate regional economic disparities are conducive to giving full play to regional comparative advantages and optimizing the allocation of resources, but too large regional economic disparities will lead to widening the gap between the rich and the poor, which is not conducive to overall coordinated and stable development. Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct a thorough and detailed study of regional economic disparities. At present, due to the difficulties of industrial restructuring, serious population loss and inadequate innovation driving capacity, the economic development of Northeast China lags behind Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. At the same time, the existence of economic differences in Northeast China can not be ignored. The study of regional economic disparities in Northeast China is of great practical significance for enhancing China's comprehensive national strength and narrowing regional economic disparities. It is also conducive to establishing correct development strategies in Northeast China and promoting healthy and rapid economic development.Based on the study of regional economic disparities at home and abroad, this paper uses traditional mathematical statistics, standard deviation ellipse analysis,ESDA and other methods to comprehensively analyze the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of county economic disparities in Northeast China, and explores the influencing factors of county economic disparities in Northeast China based on spatial econometric model. The results show that the absolute difference of regional economy in Northeast China increases first and then decreases, while the relative difference shows a decreasing trend. The economic difference within the region is the main reason for the overall difference, and the contribution rate to the overall difference has remained high. Therefore, reducing the economic difference within the region is the main task of coordinating the county economy in Northeast China. In addition, there is a strong spatial autocorrelation in the economic disparities among the counties in Northeast China. The overall level of economic development is low,and the polarization is obvious. The counties with high-clustering and high-clustering are scattered, showing a "T" type spatial distribution pattern. The spatial distribution of the counties with low-clustering and low-clustering has experienced fluctuating changes, and finally formed a relatively stable distribution pattern.Spatial econometric model estimates show that industrial structure, fiscal expenditure, household savings deposits, fiscal revenue, investment in fixed assets, labor force and other factors have a promoting effect on regional economic disparities, among which industrial structure plays the most obvious role, while labor force has a smaller impact on regional economic disparities. This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance of the paper.Secondly,it summarizes the research methods and ideas in the process of writing the paper. Finally,it combs and comments on the research context and results of regional economic disparities at home and abroad from the perspective of research scale and research methods. The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis. The related theories are divided into three parts: the theory of balanced development of regional economy, the theory of unbalanced development of regional economy and the theory of spatial interaction. The third chapter introduces the general situation of Northeast China. This paper elaborates on natural conditions and economic development. The fourth chapter is the spatial and temporal analysis of county economic disparities in Northeast China.Firstly, using the traditional mathematical statistics methods such as extreme deviation, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and Taylor index to study the change of time scale of county economic differences in Northeast China, secondly, analyzing the spatial evolution pattern of county economic differences in Northeast China through the description of standard deviation ellipse, and finally using ESDA method to analyze the spatial correlation of County economic differences in Northeast China. The fifth chapter is the spatial econometric analysis of county economic disparities in Northeast China.Firstly, the spatial econometric model is constructed.Secondly, the model is tested. Finally, the results of the spatial econometric model are analyzed.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and discussion. The main conclusions of the paper are summarized, and the innovation and shortcomings of the paper are pointed out.
