| Peter Drucker,the "father of modern management",pointed out that the accelerated and continuous transformation of modern business was brought about by the improvement of the relationship between enterprises and their partners.Mankind has gone through the era of PC Internet,mobile Internet era.The arrival of 5G will usher in the era of human intelligence,with earth-shaking changes in people’s lifestyle and great changes in the relationship between enterprises and partners.The business environment in the age of intelligence will also be transformed,more radically and dramatically than in any previous period of the industrial revolution.At present,the biggest impact it brings is that almost all industries are being "digitized" and "internet-oriented",so more and more traditional enterprises will participate in the wave of digital transformation.In this sense,more and more traditional enterprises will become Internet enterprises in a broad sense in the future.The representatives of successful domestic transformation are Huawei,Xiaomi and Suning.This means that the sales and procurement mode,the relationship between customers and suppliers,and the management mode of traditional enterprises will all be completely changed by data.This makes the business environment of almost all industries change.If traditional enterprises do not adapt to this change quickly,they will face elimination.Therefore,in order to adapt to the new environment,traditional enterprises must make changes and strengthen their competitive advantages to adapt to the new business environment in the Internet era.Therefore,China’s Internet enterprises are in urgent need to find their own sources of competitive advantages and competitive deficiencies,and make targeted improvements."In this paper,the research object is the Internet enterprise,how to improve the Internet enterprise competitive advantage based on value chain model," the core research questions,combining with the development of the Internet some laws and DuPont analysis theory,in accordance with the "constituent elements to build competitive advantage,to extract the value chain of the impact factor of enterprise competitive advantage,the empirical analysis of the research train of thought,from the following contents:First,based on the value chain model of literature at home and abroad,summed up the nine components of Internet enterprise competitive advantage and the formation mechanism of the constituent elements,the second,summarize the constituent elements of competitive advantage for four kinds of web impact factor of enterprise competitive advantage,respectively is sales and procurement,supplier relationship management,customer relationship management,knowledge management ability.Thirdly,the financial indicators under DuPont analysis are used to convert the four influencing factors into evaluation factors.Therefore,in the empirical part,this paper uses the factor analysis method in the multivariate statistical analysis to evaluate each factor,and conducts a systematic cluster analysis on the comprehensive scores of factors,so as to judge the level of the comprehensive competitiveness of Internet enterprises.Fourthly,this paper USES ROIC cluster analysis to verify the results of system cluster analysis to verify the reliability of empirical results.Finally,this article from the four essential factors of the value chain in the sale and purchase,supplier relations,customer relations,four aspects of knowledge management,the following three main conclusions:(1)firms don’t,don’t appear short board,as far as possible in the four key elements of balance development(2)strengthen the government’s regulation and protection of intellectual property rights,and as soon as possible to introduce legislation(3)the enterprise should not only use ROIC for measuring index of enterprise competitive advantage. |
