| With the steady development of domestic economy and the continuous improvement of people's living environment and quality of life,smart home related products are gradually entering and changing people's lifestyle.Smart home products provide consumers with efficient,convenient and healthy intelligent new experience.China's smart home market size and potential consumer groups are very large,in the national innovation and entrepreneurship policy to encourage the promotion of a large number of new enterprises into the smart home industry.For a new enterprise,the composition of scientific and detailed business model determines whether the enterprise can make clear the ways of creating value,transferring value and obtaining value.The theory of business model construction has become a hot topic in the academic and practical circles at home and abroad.This paper elaborates on the existing theoretical research results of domestic and foreign scholars on business model,and combines the relevant theories of business model with the business model construction process of newly established enterprises in combination with the specific situation of W company,so as to explore the practices of new entrants in the smart home industry in the business model construction process.This article first to W enterprise industry macro environment and industry market environment was studied,and then analyses the target consumer groups and market positioning,and then by customer demand and the combination of W company's products and services,clear W company's products and services of value proposition,eventually get W the company's business model design.This paper is to research for W company business model to build,on the one hand,hopes to W company to find a scientific and effective business model as an effective way to the future healthy development W company,on the other hand,hope to help more like W smart home company of start-up enterprises,can have a more scientific enterprise activity at the start-up stage. |
