A Study On The Development Of The Strawberry Pastoral Complex On The West Bank Of The Lake Dianchi

The concept of the "Pastoral Complex" was clarified in the central government No.l document in 2017.And the report of the 19th CPC Central Committee has pointed out the policy of "accelerating the ecological civilization system reform to build beautiful China" in 2018.The Pastoral complex has been one of the important measures to realize the integration development of the urban and rural areas.Under such background,the paper takes the Development of the Strawberry Pastoral Complex on the West Bank of the Lake Dianchi as study subject.Through applying the theory of Pastoral Complex,project development and operating,the macro environment and foundation of the project development are analyzed,and the suggestion about the project's development strategy,development and the operating system are proposed.Through study,the author gives these conclusion:firstly,Xi Hua village has superior advantages of policy and basic foundation for the development of the pastoral complex;secondly,the project of the pastoral complex can take the local strawberry planting industry as a support,integrating the local natural resources and other industry foundation to construct a pastoral complex of modern agriculture+ leisure culture tourism + new rural community with construction content of the "Five Areas and Ten Projects";thirdly,the strategy of the project is designed as ecological and environmental protection,the industry integration,the complete public infrastructure and the branding;fourthly,the modern organization of the enterprise management and operating model should be implemented to build an effective management system and feasible profiting model;finally,the construction of the strawberry pastoral complex will be conducive to the modern agriculture industry,and it will promote the development of the modern leisure agriculture and the ecological tourism on the west bank of the Lake Dianchi,...
