Analysis And Optimization Countermeasures Of Lu’an Tourism Poverty Alleviation Mode

Today, with the development of the economy, Poverty is a worldwide problem puzzled human development. As the largest developing country, poverty in China is also very prominent, it is always accompanied with the development of our country. Currently, in our country, the number of absolute poor is huge. As a result, we need to make long-term poverty relief efforts, but also to overcome the various regions of the harsh natural environment and backward social environment. Consequently, we should try our best to explore the right poverty reduction models adapted to these regions.This paper attempts to find a good development way of Lu An for poverty relief, which realized by carefully studying the poverty relief theory and combined the theory with tourism development of Lu An. For this studying, it has two advantages. One is it will be conducive to the rational exploitation of tourism resources in Lu An City, and promote economic development in the old revolutionary base areas of Da Bie Mountains. The other is it may form a demonstration effect, and offer a referenced scheme for other areas with the same economic development dilemma.Thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. It describes the main background and the importance of the Pro—Poor Tourism, also analyzes the research status about the Pro—Poor tourism at home and abroad.The second part is the basic concept of the Pro—Poor Tourism. It mainly introduces the related theories and concepts. It defines the meaning of the Pro—Poor Tourism and the conditions and the function of the Pro—Poor Tourism development.The third part is the investigation of the status. By studying the conditions of the Pro—Poor Tourism development in Lu An City, this part analysis the current research status of the Pro—Poor Tourism development at the present stage, besides, summarizes the opportunities and challenges for local government and residents brought by the Pro—Poor Tourism. At the same time, this part indicates the existed problems in the Pro—Poor Tourism development.The fourth part is the analysis of the status. This part gives a detailed analysis and evaluation for the currently being implemented Pro—Poor Tourism development models in Lu An City, thus proposed the problems which should be attention in the implementation of the Pro—Poor Tourism development models.The fifth part is the proposed policy. This part summarizes five Optimization Strategies for Lu An city to implement the Pro—Poor Tourism development.The sixth part is the conclusion. This part summarizes the main viewpoints researched in this paper, and points out existing defects, also prospects the future study.
