In recent years,with the continuous development of network economy and the upgrading of industrial structure,e-commerce has become a new industry,and has made outstanding achievements in the fierce market competition.At the same time,e-commerce has also had a certain impact on the traditional business development model,which has led to profound changes in traditional industrial parks.In order to support the development of e-commerce industry,a large number of e-commerce industrial parks have been built all over the country.Relying on e-commerce industrial park,e-commerce enterprises have realized informationization and intensive management,and their development space has been further expanded.At present,the number of e-commerce industrial parks on the market is faster and more.But at the same time,the development of e-commerce Industrial Park is not smooth sailing,in the process of operation also exposed some problems,restricting the development of the park.The operation of e-commerce industrial park needs strong planning and systematicness.With the vigorous development of e-commerce industry,it is urgent to supplement and improve the related work.This topic takes Kecheng Creator Incubation Park as the research object,checks the current situation of the e-commerce industry park,analyses the problems in the operation process,and puts forward measures to improve the operation of Kecheng Creator Incubation Park,explores the development direction of the e-commerce industry park,and explores the replicable Development Countermeasures of the e-commerce industry park in less developed coastal areas.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the study,the related research status at home and abroad,research purposes and research methods;the second part is an overview of the meaning and classification of e-commerce industrial parks,the development status of e-commerce industrial parks in China,and the operation mode of e-commerce industrial parks;the third part is an inventory of the current situation of Kecheng Tourist Incubation Park;the fourth part is ananalysis of Kecheng Tourist Incubation Park.The fifth part,based on the results of the analysis,puts forward four measures: planning the functional layout of the park scientifically,perfecting the management service system of the park,building a platform for the introduction of e-commerce talents,and broadening the profit-generating channels of the park.
