Nowadays,the development of science and technology is becoming more and more important in the world,and the ability of technological innovation can directly reflect the future development trend of a country or a region,and can change the composition of a country's industrial structure.So as to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The development of scientific research and experiment(hereinafter referred to as R&D)is the power source for the development of science and technology innovation ability.In our country,more and more attention has been paid to the development of R&D,and the intensity of R&D expenditure(the ratio of R&D expenditure to GDP)is also increasing year by year.But at the same time,with the development of R&D,the input and share of R&D investment in various industries There are also some problems in matching.In order to study these problems,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the influence on the industrial structure change of our country through the influence of the input of R&D on the change of industrial structure of our country.In order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the efficiency of R&D utilization,and finally promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.Therefore,in this paper,it is of practical significance to study the way to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of our country.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: first,based on the present situation of China's R&D and industrial structure development as well as the existing problems,the relevant research literature at home and abroad over the years has been sorted out.Through learning their methods to provide a train of thought for the study of this paper,and from the perspective of the impact of R&D on the industrial structure,the research contents and significance of this paper are pointed out.Secondly,by studying the relevant literature,this paper introduces the concepts of R&D and the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,and also introduces the mechanism theory of the influence of R&D on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper mainly analyzes the mechanism theory of the influence of knowledge and technology innovation and R&D input on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Thirdly,through the collection of relevant data,this paper makes a descriptive analysis of the investment situation and the current situation of industrial structure development in China from 2001 to 2017.From the point of view of R&D,this paper analyzes the development of R&D investment in China on the basis of the change of R&D investment in different years and the distribution of R&D investment in different regions.Based on the source and outflow of R&D,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of R&D investment in China.From the point of view of industrial structure,this paper analyzes the development characteristics of industrial structure based on the ratio of three major industries to the whole in recent years.Fourth,using the relevant data to establish the model,analyze the mechanism of R&D on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.There are two main parts:(1)Based on the present situation of China's development,a grey relational model is established to analyze the correlation between R&D input and three major industries in China.(2)the VAR model is established to analyze the impact effect of R&D on the three industries of China,which is based on the expenditure of R&D,the proportion of value added of three industries in GDP and the proportion of employment personnel in three industries.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)in the grey relational model,the correlation between China's R&D input and the tertiary industry is the greatest,the second is the secondary industry,and the last is the first industry.It shows that the development of R&D is most closely related to the development of the tertiary industry.(2)in the VAR model,the R&D investment in China has different influence on the development of the three industries.From the results of Granger causality test,it can be seen that the contribution of R&D investment to the increase of the proportion of added value in the tertiary industry and the proportion of employed persons is of great importance.At the same time,the increase of the added value ratio of the tertiary industry and the proportion of employment personnel can also drive the increase of the input of R&D;However,the increase of the added value ratio of the secondary industry has no obvious contribution to the change of the proportion of the employed persons in the secondary industry,while the increase of the value-added proportion of the secondary industry has been promoted by the investment of R&D.Finally,the increase in the proportion of value added in the primary industry and the proportion of employed personnel was not significantly promoted by R&D.Advance action.From the result of the impact effect,the input of R&D has a certain impact effect on the economy and employment of the three industries in a short period of time,among which,the interpretation ability of the tertiary industry is the highest,the second industry is the second industry,the second is the secondary industry,and the last is the primary industry.Fifth,through the above analysis of the summary of this paper,at the same time put forward relevant policy recommendations.From the point of view of government,the government should strengthen the construction of R&D and promote the economic development of our country with the innovation of science and technology.Then,in order to adjust the level of investment in China's various regions,the imbalance of the level of R&D development may be one of the factors limiting the development of various industries in China.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a perfect development system of R&D,narrow the development gap between regions,balance the development of each region.At the same time,with the corresponding talent attraction policy to maintain the development of R&D.From the point of view of R&D funding,the sources of funding should be optimized to diversify the sources and use of R&D.Since the source of funds and users of R&D in China are mainly enterprises,it is necessary to give full play to the dominant position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation,so as to promote the scientific and technological innovation activities of other scientific research institutions,and at the same time to adjust the proportion of funds allocated to R&D in China.To maximize the utilization rate of R&D funds.
