Tourism is a comprehensive high-affinity industry that is highly vulnerable.In recent years,with the rapid development of tourism,tourism has gradually become a pillar industry of the national economy.In the context of the development and popularization of the Internet,especially the mobile Internet,mobile instant messaging tools such as WeChat have been applied on a large scale,and people's communication and information acquisition methods are more convenient and rapid.People's travel information acquisition and travel options rely more on mobile Internet information.With the development of tourism and mobile Internet,the uncertainty of the tourism crisis has increased.In addition to suddenness,urgency and harmfulness,the tourism crisis also has the characteristics of mobile Internet communication.For example,it spreads widely in a short period of time,forming a variety of news that is difficult to distinguish between public opinion and false opinions.The public opinion is one-sided and difficult to control.In recent years,China's tourism crisis has occurred frequently,exposing that the local tourism crisis management mechanism is not sound enough,and it is incompatible with the times,which affects the healthy development of tourism.Therefore,this paper puts the discussion of tourism crisis management mechanism on the move.In the context of the Internet,analyze existing problems and build a crisis management mechanism that is compatible with the times.Due to the urgency and typicality of the establishment of Lijiang tourism crisis management mechanism,this paper selects Lijiang City as the research o bject.Taking the typical tourism crisis in Lijiang as an example,the developm ent status of tourism in Lijiang was studied through literature analysis,field in vestigation,case analysis and empirical analysis.This paper combines the two a nalytical perspectives of social roles and crisis life cycle theory,Taking the cas e of "Lijiang 11 11 beating event" as an example,and has made breakthroughs in the perspective of tourism crisis management research.This paper describes the performance of social role positioning and crisis life cycle,analyzes the e xisting problems of Lijiang tourism crisis management,and explores the touris m crisis management mechanism of social roles involved in building the entire-life cycle of tourism crisis.This paper establishes a sub-role defense mechanis-m in the prodromal crisis stage,a "government-media-social public" cooperative mechanism in the acute crisis stage,a core role conflict resolution mechanism in the chronic crisis stage,and a multi-role cooperation reconstruction mechan ism in the recovery stage.The aim is to eliminate as much as possible in the prodromal crisis stage,to settle in the acute crisis stage,to isolate during chr onic crisis stage,and to quickly enter the recovery stage.At present,with the development of China's mobile Internet and the transformation of people's ideological concepts,the construction of a tourism crisis management mechanism that is compatible with the times helps to grasp the development law of tourism crisis and make scientific decisions to deal with tourism crisis,and raise the warning of tourism crisis.And the efficiency of disposal,mobilize the forces of all walks of life to actively participate,to provide a certain reference and reference for the image maintenance and remodeling of Lijiang City's tourist destinations under the background of mobile internet.
