With the frequent interaction between the economic globalization,enterprises are faced with the more complex market information change.higher and higher uncertainty in the complex of environment,enterprises only control the traditional resources have been difficult to obtain competitive advantage,enterprises need to transform cognition to screen complex information,to build strategic issues by screening information.Under the background of increasingly dynamic enterprise environment,how to properly allocate enterprise resources,build dynamic abilities to improve enterprise performance and promote enterprise development through managers' cognition screening and obtaining information has become an urgent enterprises` issue to study.In this paper,selected DH group as a case enterprise,collected and organized data to form a database and then coded it step by step.introduced the high ladder team theory,basic attention theory,dynamic ability theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis for studying the relationship of managers` cognition,dynamic abilities and enterprise performance.The proposition hypothesis of the research framework is verified by exploring the cognitive characteristics of managers and studying the matching degree between dynamic business evolution ability and market environment constructed by different characteristics.According to the less or more of core concepts of the manager` brain.cognition can be divided into cognitive concentration and cognitive complexity,use learning ability,resources integration ability,environment analysis ability and competition diversity to represent the process and results of evolution of dynamic capabilities,use the scale of the enterprise,net assets,profits and taxes,sales,total assets as hard index of business performance.the safety of the enterprise,and the brand reputation that social feedback,enterprise intangible value of honor abtained by stakeholders as soft index of enterprise performance.Through causal logic analysis,it is concluded that cognitive concentration has a negative impact on dynamic ability,which is mainly manifested in the mismatch between the strategy and the environment of enterprise operation,thus negatively affecting enterprise performance.Cognitive complexity has a positive impact on dynamic ability,which is mainly reflected in the ability to avoid risks in the dynamic environment and find new opportunities in it to make the enterprise develop healthily,and the conclusion that it has a positive impact on enterprise performance is drawn.This research enriches the research theories of management cognition,dynamic ability and enterprise performance.It provides a new analysis mode and judgment basis for judging whether a company has competitive advantage,and has important guiding significance for enterprise development.
