Facing the great challenges brought by the environment,only innovation can break through the siege,so as to achieve the prosperity of the enterprise and the prosperity of the country.Especially under the background of the trade disputes between China and the United States,the domestic science and technology enterprises continue to suffer from the technology blockade and pressure,our enterprises are in a highly dynamic and uncertain international market environment.This requires managers to adapt to the competitive environment under the new situation,give full play to the Dynamic Managerial Capabilities to actively carry out innovation activities,through innovation to break through their own development difficulties.At the same time,the essence of innovation activity can be understood as the process of using resources effectively to create new things,in which the top management plays a key role.According to Strategic Management Theory,Advanced Management Theory and Dynamic Capability Theory,in the process of enterprise development,the formulation,selection and implementation of organizational strategy,as well as the use and allocation of organizational resources are inseparable from the support of senior managers.Therefore,under the new situation,how to use the Dynamic Managerial Capabilities of top managers in the process of innovation development to promote innovation performance effectively is an important management practice that needs urgent attention.The dynamic managerial capabilities is the individual dynamic capability which affects the difference of innovation strategy performance,and the dynamic capability is the strong support of the ambidextrous innovation.Therefore,we can realize that dynamic managerial capabilities is an important dynamic capability to promote enterprises to carry out ambidextrous innovation to achieve breakthrough development.However,the existing research on the role of dynamic managerial capabilities in the development of enterprise ambidextrous innovation is not clear,as a result,enterprises often neglect the important role of executive’s dynamic management ability in promoting the implementation of dual innovation to solve innovation problems,which leads to the stagnation of innovation development.At the same time,this study reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad and finds that there have been more studies focusing on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises at the organizational level,and less on the dynamic managerial capabilities of executives at the micro level,the relationship between dynamic managerial capabilities and enterprise innovation is a sparse area in the field of innovation and management.In view of this,this research takes the top managers as the research object,and explores the mechanism of the influence of top manager’s dynamic management capability on ambidextrous innovation and innovation performance,so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the Enterprise’s innovation development.Based on literature review,this study finds that ambidextrous innovation has mediating effect in the relationship between dynamic managerial capabilities and innovation performance,furthermore,we use SPSS and AMOS to test the direct effect of dynamic managerial capabilities and ambidextrous innovation on innovation performance,and verify whether the mediating effect of ambidextrous innovation exists.The results show that executives with effective dynamic managerial capabilities and its three dimensions can promote the development of ambidextrous innovation and improve innovation performance,at the same time,ambidextrous innovation and the two dimensions it contains can also improve innovation performance,indicating the existence of the intermediary effect of ambidextrous innovation,executives can use dynamic managerial capabilities to promote enterprises to implement ambidextrous innovation strategy in order to improve innovation performance and promote enterprise development.Finally,according to the research results,some suggestions are provided for enterprises to effectively use dynamic managerial capabilities to achieve innovation-driven development.
