Enterprise values,as the soul of an enterprise,are formed gradually,innovated and finally precipitated in the long process from entrepreneurship to development.In the rapidly changing competitive environment,enterprise values can guide the behaviors and decisions of enterprises and employees,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.For most private enterprises,the values of enterprises are the values of entrepreneurs,that is,entrepreneurs transfer their personal values to employees and enterprises,and this transmission process is dynamic and complex,entrepreneurs need to establish and implement an effective transmission path and mode.This undoubtedly poses a challenge for entrepreneurs to better transfer values.This study takes SICHUAN A LITTLE FLAVOUR FOOD LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY(referred to as " A Little Flavour Company")as the research object and adopts the method of case study to study the transmission path of entrepreneur values.The company was founded in Beijing,guangda sichuan,has 20 years of development history.Firstly,according to the data of enterprises,this study roughly classifies and sorts out the data related to the research topic.Then,using the coding method of grounded theory,the data are encoded in three levels,including open coding,spindle coding and selective coding.Finally,through the coding analysis results,a relatively complete category relationship is concluded,so as to summarize the theoretical model of the value transmission path of entrepreneurs.The research results show that: first,the transfer of entrepreneurs' personal values can be divided into two paths: the transfer to the enterprise organization and the transfer to employees,and the three paths are constantly modified or strengthened to form a value transmission loop.Secondly,the process of employees' internalization of entrepreneurs' values mainly includes five stages: value acceptance,value compliance,interest perception,value identification and value internalization.Third,the influencing factors of the transmission process of entrepreneur values mainly include entrepreneur role positioning,education mode,entrepreneur characteristics,etc.Fourthly,entrepreneurs can promote the effect of personal value transmission from five aspects: top-level design,strengthening theoretical cognition,internalizing emotional belief,deepening behavioral practice,and optimizing environmental guidance.
