With the background of more and more people engaging in entrepreneurship, and our support and encouragement to entrepreneurial behaviors, more and more college students have been joining in this group. Among them, there is a special group. That is grass-root entrepreneurs of college students at school (short for CSSGRE). They lack entrepreneurial resources and are asked for more devotion. Each of them has a moving story with research value.Now entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education and other relevant subjects are studied in many fields. But there are not many studies that described entrepreneurial choices and experiences of entrepreneurs. With the career story of the CSSGRE was deeply described, his inner experiences were tapped, and his Vocational Values were screened and presented. The factors which influenced the formation of his Vocational Values are found. At last, suggestions are tentatively given to entrepreneurs, schools and the government.This thesis incorporates five chapters:ChapterⅠ:present the research origin and significance of this study; define relevant definitions and overview relevant references.ChapterⅡ, clarify the researching issues, the research methods. One of the innovations of this study is the research methods, so one independent section are prepared for the application of the research methods.ChapterⅢ, by situational and generic ways, growing experiences, entrepreneurial experiences and inner experiences of the research cooperator are presented comprehensively.ChapterⅣ, the content of Vocational Values is identified and presented. And its formation is also explained.ChapterⅤ, influencing factors of the formation of Vocational Values are analyzed from internal and external dimensions. ChapterⅥ, conclusion, recommendation and introspection, a little more extent of this study is made to be the conclusion. Recommendations are given from individual, family and school dimensions. At last, the author makes introspections about the shortcomings of this study.
