| Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",innovative behavior continues to receive attention in various fields.Employee innovation behavior is an important factor for organizations to strengthen their competitiveness.More and more organizations focus on stimulating and maintaining their innovation ability.Previous studies have shown that employee innovation behavior will be significantly affected by leadership style,but the boundary conditions and mechanism between them are not well known.Based on this,this study explores the internal mechanism of the impact of inclusive leadership,organizational harmony,knowledge sharing and organizational innovation atmosphere on employees’ innovation behavior.Based on the valid data of425 on-the-job employees in domestic enterprises,a regulated dual mediating effect model is constructed and verified.Using Amos and SPSS data analysis software,425 valid questionnaires were collected for descriptive analysis,regression analysis,correlation analysis,regulatory effect test,intermediary effect test and so on.The empirical results confirm the following points: first,employee innovation behavior can be positively predicted by inclusive leadership;Second,organizational harmony and knowledge sharing can play a significant intermediary role in independent variables and dependent variables;Third,the organizational innovation climate can play a regulatory role in the first stage of the model,that is,the stronger the organizational innovation climate,the greater the impact of inclusive leadership on organizational harmony and knowledge sharing.The research model of this paper opens the "black box" between inclusive leadership and employee innovation behavior.At the same time,it also provides management enlightenment and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for effectively enhancing employee innovation behavior in organizational daily management in the future.On the one hand,at the beginning of selecting leaders,enterprises can include "inclusive thinking" in the components of leadership competence.At the same time,it is also very important for leaders to change their ideas.They should dare to accept objections and objections from their subordinates.On the other hand,corporate culture should emphasize the concept of harmony,establish a harmonious management system and a harmonious organizational development goal;Train employees’ sharing thinking,provide exchange and learning platform,and regularly carry out employee sharing meetings,etc;Pay attention to the creation of innovation atmosphere in the organization,such as setting innovation performance awards,publicizing and commending innovative ideas,encouraging all employees to learn from them,increasing the investment of innovation funds,giving innovative talents flexible working hours,etc.The purpose of this study is to improve organizational innovation performance through various efforts. |
