Power Adapter Quality Improvement Of Production Process In Q Company

With the rapid development of the electronic industry,there are more and more competitive factors affecting the electronic enterprises.Among many factors,product quality has always been an important factor leading the competitiveness of enterprises,and it is the most important factor for customers.This paper takes the production site of Q company’s power adapter as the research background,takes the power adapter product as the research object,makes statistics on the production process data of the product,combines with the quality data analysis of the quality inspection department,finds out three key factors affecting the quality of the power adapter product,and then applies the quality improvement method to improve it.Based on the theory of quality management,this paper first outlines the main definitions and concepts of quality management,combines the process of improvement activities,analyses the supporting tools in the process of quality improvement,integrates the production site and theory of products,puts forward improvement ideas,and applies quality improvement methods to improve.Secondly,based on the investigation of the production status of power adapter products,the production status of this product is analyzed,and the main quality defects of adapter products are summarized.Three factors affecting the quality of power adapter products are analyzed,including:(1)In the induction of product liability for non-conformity,most of the non-conformity products come from the early stage of product quality planning.The main reason is that there are quality design defects in the early planning stage,and the quality control of products is not well done in the early stage.(2)The quality control of key processes in manufacturing process is not in place.The main production processes will directly affect the overall quality of products.The key process in the production process of power adapter products is wave soldering.The quality of soldering directly affects the qualified quality of products.(3)Lack of strict control over on-site quality management issues.Including: inadequate protection of static electricity on site,unreasonable use of treatment tools,abnormal on-site incoming materials and so on,resulting in product damage.Thirdly,combined with quality theory support and field quality defect analysis,the quality of power adapter products is improved accordingly.Firstly,in view of the planning improvement of the advance quality,ensure the effective participation of the horizontal functional group,analyze the failure mode of the product preparation stage together,effectively control the quality of the product production and design stage,and then evaluate the plan to confirm the effect.Secondly,as a key process,the potential failure mode analysis is used to evaluate the failure of wave soldering tin,so as to find out the implementation countermeasures,and then statistical process quality control is carried out.Thirdly,we should protect the static electricity which mainly affects the quality of products,improve the fixtures,improve the processing of incoming materials,and train the relevant personnel in management.Finally,the quality improvement effect of power adapter is validated,and the effect before and after improvement is compared and analyzed,and the economic effect of quality improvement is evaluated.Through a series of improvements,the product quality of the company’s power adapter has been improved,the overall qualified product rate and market competitiveness of the product have been improved,and the efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise have been increased.
