With the advent of an aging society and the policy of opening a second child,the domestic industry has expanded rapidly and become another hot spot for platform entrepreneurship after the travel business.With the rise of the Internet platform economy and the spread of informal employment methods,the mobility of workers in the new economic form has increased significantly,the labor control of the employers has loosen,and the labor process has been significantly relied on the autonomy of workers.These questions remains to explore:how does the control strategies adopted by platforms differ from those of traditional companies?How can we understand the subjectivity of domestic workers?A two-month field survey was carried in an Internet home management company in Wuhan to examine the labor control and resistance strategy under the platform economy in the tripartite relationship of "capital-laborer-consumer".The research found that:1.With the help of technical development,the management methods of domestic companies become more flexible and changeable,and the role of capital in fragmented management is largely concealed.The company can stay in the background with the computer system to receive feedback from domestic workers and customers,leaving a reward and punishment mechanism to encourage and direct their workers.2.In the process of withdrawal of the company,the customer directly controls and supervises the domestic workers and gives feedback to the domestic management company,which makes them an extension of the monitoring chain of the domestic company and achieves the goal of panoramic monitoring.3.Facing the dual control of the company and the customers,domestic workers are vulnerable group whose resistance is hidden in the daily micro-power practice.In daily communication and bargaining,they use resources such as culture,emotion,and work instability to gain autonomy in their work.4.The relationship between domestic workers-companies-customers is not fixed,but is in a dynamic flow,and both parties can form alliances against third parties.There are two limitation in this paper.First,in terms of conclusion inference,since the research subjects focus on long-term positions such as the New Moon and the nanny,it is more prudent to infer short-term positions that are more affected by technology matching.Second,the study did not bring into the macro perspective,and the impact of social changes and government policies was left to follow-up studies for discussion.
