As a product of the development of information technology,the emergence of electronic bidding has made a historic change in the bidding work.It has not only changed people's understanding of traditional bidding work,but also changed the traditional way of work.Although the electronic bidding system can realize the actual bidding business on the Internet,there are still many problems in the process of applying the electronic bidding system.Taking the electronic bidding system of J Company as an example,this paper studies the risk in the application process of the electronic bidding system of J Company.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of electronic bidding,and combs and summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge of electronic bidding and risk management.Based on the theory of risk management,combined with the application status of E-tendering system of J Company,the risk identification,risk assessment and finally put forward countermeasures for in-depth research.This paper expounds the application status of E-tendering system of J Company,identifies and analyses the risk problems in each stage of E-tendering by flow chart and expert interview,and classifies and summarizes the identified risk factors.On this basis,the risk evaluation system and risk evaluation model of J company's electronic bidding system in the application of subcontractor selection and management are built,and the comprehensive weight of risk evaluation index is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By calculating the comprehensive weight value,the key risk factors of J company are determined.Finally,the countermeasures are put forward to solve the key risk problems in E-bidding of J company,in order to realize the more efficient and safe operation of E-bidding of J company. |
