Research On The Development Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives In Tianmen From The Perspective Of Public Management

China is a traditional agricultural country.The stability and development of agriculture plays a fundamental role in safeguarding China's food security.It also deeply affects the national economy and people's livelihood.Even if the modern society develops rapidly,the role of agriculture as a basic industry is irreplaceable,and farmers'professional cooperatives are actively promoted.Development will not only improve the degree of peasant organization,but also increase the income of farmers.It will also become a key measure for agricultural scale and agricultural industrialization,and at the same time it will help the implementation of strategies such as rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.Tianmen in Hubei Province is located in Jianghan Plain,with abundant land resources and suitable climate.Its agricultural industry has great potential for excavation.However,the development of farmers' professional cooperatives is still in its infancy,and its production and management are still insufficient,which restricts farmers'professional cooperatives and promotes agricultural development.Therefore,from the perspective of public management,it is of great significance to study the role of the government in the sustainable and healthy development of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper takes"the development of farmers'professional cooperatives in Tianmen"as the research topic.Its framework structure and main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction which proposes the research background,research purpose and significance,research situation at home and abroad,research content,methods and technical routes;The second chapter introduces related concepts and theoretical basis:the farmers'professional cooperatives,government functions involved in this paper.The third and fourth chapters respectively introduce the general situation of the farmers'professional cooperatives in Tianmen,and the status quo and main problems of the government functions in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives;Chapter 5 focuses on the analysis of the main practices and shortcomings of the government to support the development of farmers'professional cooperatives.Chapter 6 suggests on optimizing the government support role in the development of farmers'professional cooperatives in Tianmen.Starting from the proposal,we will put forward relevant suggestions for improving policy support,strengthening financial support,increasing infrastructure construction,focusing on personnel training,and increasing investment in science and technology,and providing constructive suggestions for the more stable and long-term development of farmers1 professional cooperatives in the future.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)Tianmen in Hubei Province,as an outstanding representative of agricultural development,its farmers'professional cooperatives developed earlier and have strong representativeness.For other areas with great agricultural potential with favorable geographical advantages,it has a strong reference for reference.(2)This paper has a strong timeliness.In recent years,rural work has always been highly valued by the government.It is of great significance to study the role of the government in the development of farmers'professional cooperatives and to strengthen countermeasures.(3)On the basis of the questionnaire survey,we found the problems existing in the development of farmers'professional cooperatives,analyzed their causes one by one,and then proposed a personalized plan to optimize the role of government functions in the development of farmers'professional cooperatives,and strengthened the pertinence of research.
