Study On The Application Of Project Management Method In SYH Large Public Events

With the rapid development of economic globalization,transnational more and more large-scale public activity,as the largest developing country,China actively build communication platform between the founding of PRC,to promote the flow of international resources,and to win the bid for several large public events,such as the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2010 Shanghai world expo,the park,and the upcoming 2019 Beijing 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing-zhangjiakou winter,communication,communication,publicity to provide important channels for people.SYH large-scale public activity,led by the government organisation,continue to use the functions of the government management mode,but the functional management pattern's own limitations,to participate in number,sudden risk,project coordination,work area is wide,the huge construction funds,and the node has a rigid time requirement for large public activity projects,difficult to guarantee the effective implementation of all work.Above in the face of many difficulties,how to establish a set of scientific and effective management methods,strengthen the organization,implementation and management of large public activity,is an important issue faced by government,business,etc.In this paper,based on the above background,to SYH large public activity as the research object,through the analysis and research at home and abroad on enterprise project management,project management theory and project management is applied to all kinds of games ever case experience,summarizes the characteristics of large public activity projects,as a theoretical basis,by visiting communication method,questionnaire survey and data comparison of SYH,analyzing the present situation and problems of large public activity for comprehensive expounds the existing project management implementation difficulties,and combining with the implementation of the difficulty is proposed using the advantage of large public events project management.The project management method has been adopted in the preparatory management of the current SYH public activities,but there are still some problems in the running process.From SYH large public events project management organizational structure,project management,risk management,communication management,quality management,summarizes the problems in five aspects,in view of the current problems,puts forward some ideas of optimizing management environment,in the organizational structure to establish the project management office(PMO),adjust the project management process,measures such as strengthening the management of project risk consciousness,hope that through these measures can improve the current situation,ensure that each work orderly,also hope to be able to other types of large-scale public activities for the future projects.
