Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of China's national economic market.Small and medium-sized enterprises have made outstanding contributions to job creation and technological innovation.In maintaining the stability of market economy,promoting the harmonious development of society and accelerating the progress of China's real economy,the support and participation of small and medium-sized enterprises are indispensable.With the continuous economic downturn,the pace of domestic economic development and fierce market competition,the development of smes has become increasingly difficult.Due to the financial background and business strength of small and medium-sized enterprises are far less than large enterprises,coupled with the impact of global economic integration,many small and medium-sized enterprises have been closed down.If small and medium-sized enterprises want to change the status quo,optimizing the construction of strategic leadership is the primary task.Only by constantly improving the strategic leadership of small and medium-sized enterprises,can small and medium-sized enterprises maintain the ability of sustainable development in the rapidly changing market environment and fierce market competition.This paper studies the strategic leadership of smes through literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis.On the basis of the model based on the strategic leadership,design questionnaire,through the questionnaire investigation of small and medium-sized enterprise managers the strategic leadership of sampling investigation,statistics,and through the descriptive analysis and factor analysis method of statistics for data analysis,and it is concluded that the problems existing in the small and medium-sized enterprise strategic leadership:small and medium-sized enterprise strategic leadership level is not high,small and medium-sized enterprise the elements of strategic leadership development is not balanced,small and medium enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises of strategic leadership attaches great importance to the extent of strategic leadership and management is only a blur.At the same time,in order to verify and refine the conclusions drawn from the questionnaire survey,H company,a small and medium-sized enterprise,is selected for case analysis to analyze its current situation and problems of strategic leadership.Finally,according to the problems existing in the strategic leadership of small and medium-sized enterprises,put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions:at the company level,strengthen the propaganda and training of strategic leadership,establish an effective evaluation and incentive mechanism,and establish a standard meeting system;In terms of managers,we should transform traditional management concepts,shape corporate culture,and ensure the sustainability,continuous learning and experience accumulation of talents.The research significance of this paper is to expect the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises to transform into managers with strategic leadership,improve the strategic leadership of small and medium-sized enterprises,and then improve the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises,and create more favorable conditions for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
