Study On Management Of Rural Tourism Areas

In recent years,China's economic development momentum is improving.The national economy is in the process of speeding up the quality of improvement,optimizing industrial structure,improving the window of supply-side economics reform,the critical points and the deep-water area.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it has clearly pointed out that the main contradiction in our country has changed into the contradiction between the people's demand for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development development.From this,it can be seen that people's need have shifted from material consumption to spiritual consumption.The rapid development of tourism is a full expression of spiritual consumption,especially represented by the development of rural tourism.Now the development of China's national economy has entered into a new normal state and stage of development.Tourism act as one of the strategic pillars of national economic industries development.After the development of urban tourism has gotten its heyday,people have higher requirements for leisure tourism.In order to meet the growing new needs of people for a better life,rural tourism with more leisure tourism functions came into being under the background of rural revitalization strategy and became a new type of modern tourism.As result,contradictions and problems are also increasing rapidly,and it is necessary to pay attention to the study of management of rural tourism.This article takes the ancient city of Y County in H Province as the research object of management of rural tourism area.The characteristics of unique geographical feature,simple local conditions and customs have created the ancient city,shui cheng and tai chi city,where there are multi-functional leisure,entertainment places,historical relics,ancient city inside and outside of depression vast water area,the water reeds thriving,bottom fish and shrimp playing,clear water which nourishes the prescribed by ritual law,geese and birds resonance are resulting from the image of what is called “northern small Jiangnan”.However,in the development process of the ancient city of Y County,various problems continue to arise,such as serious water pollution in the moat of the tourist area,serious shortage of public toilets,parking fees,outdated infrastructure and other problems.These problems have seriously hindered the development of tourism in the ancient city and the surrounding rural areas.Therefore,starting from the study of the current situation of the ancient city tourism management.This article analyzes the problems in the process of the management of the ancient city tourism area.Based on the theory of network management,it puts forward corrsponding solutions,so as effectively improving the management level of the rural tourism area.This paper,through the literature research and field of investigation and other research methods from the Angle of network governance of Y County as the research object,through the scientific design of network governance framework,clear design of network governance framework,clear link link of network governance,adjustment of network governance,mechanism,strengthening the construction of network governance body ability,discusses how to optimize rural tourism treatment and lastly provide certain reference value for the revitalization of rural development.
