Development Of Sweet Potato Powder Industry In Yuzhou Countermeasure Research

With the continuous development of agricultural industrialization in China,the development of agricultural products with regional characteristics has a very significant effect on the increase of farmers' income and rural development in this area.Yuzhou City,Henan Province,is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains,hills and hills together account for about 70% of the total area,which has good conditions for the development of characteristic agricultural products.According to historical records,the production of sweet potato noodles has a history of more than 600 years in Yuzhou.Therefore,the combination of Yuzhou sweet potato noodles industry and local traditional culture has become an important industry to promote economic growth and increase farmers' income in Yuzhou.Promoting the development of Yuzhou's noodle industry can not only promote the development of regional characteristic economy,but also provide some reference for the transformation and upgrading of China's consumer market.Based on comparative advantage theory,industrial economy theory and general secretary Xi's Guiding Opinions on the development of characteristic agricultural products,this paper,from the point of view of industrial economics,makes a thorough investigation and collection of detailed data through various methods,such as literature research,investigation and research,to supply,store,process and sell raw materials for Yuzhou sweet potato noodle industry.The existing problems and the causes of the problems were analyzed in order to find a characteristic industrialization road suitable for the development of Yuzhou sweet potato noodle industry.At the macro level,the advantages and characteristics of Yuzhou sweet potato noodle industry as a characteristic industry compared with other regions are discussed,and its development advantages are fully explored.It is found that Yuzhou sweet potato noodle industry has good cultural background,excellent physical and geographical conditions and better technical support for noodle processing.In addition,Yuzhou sweet potato noodles because of its own brand awareness advantages,combined with the current trend of people's consumption concept towards a green and healthy direction of change,is the most favorable opportunity for the development of Yuzhou noodle industry.Secondly,the pre-production,mid-production and post-production links of Yuzhou sweet potato noodle production were analyzed to find out the current obstacles to its development.It was found that there were some problems in the pre-natal stage,such as inadequate rural infrastructure construction,low standardization level,poor sales of sweet potatoes,lack of specialized talents and high-quality farmers.There are few large-scale enterprises,relatively backward processing technology and unsolved environmental pollution problems in the production process.In the postpartum stage,there are fake and inferior commodities that disrupt market order,insufficient expansion of sales channels,and low popularity.Finally,according to the problems that have been found to hinder the development of Yuzhou's sweet potato noodle industry,the paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions to promote the further development of Yuzhou's sweet potato noodle industry.In the pre-natal stage,the government should strengthen its support to improve infrastructure construction,implement order agriculture and train professional farmers;in the production stage,scientific and technological innovation should be carried out to improve the content of science and technology and vigorously develop the leader.Enterprises,the establishment of pollution prevention and control system,etc.Field supervision efforts to establish traceability system,expand sales channels,multi-element integration to create Yuzhou pink brand.Through the development of the above channels,we hope to promote the further development of Yuzhou sweet potato noodle industry.
