Research On The Development Of Sweet Potato Industry In Si County In Anhui Province

The typical agricultural production county of Si County,Anhui Province,is located in the Huaibei Plain,and has a long history of planting hawthorn.Hawthorn planting and processing has become one of the leading industries in Si County,and it is an important research topic to improve the level of agricultural economic development in Si County.In order to promote the development of the mountain industry in Si County,this paper firstly studied the development of the mountain industry in Si County from the six aspects of mountain planting history,planting variety,processing product status,organization form,marketing situation and circular economy development.The overview is introduced,and four typical moden business organizations are listed for case analysis.Then,using the diamond model to analyze the hawthorn industry in Si County,from the perspective of production factors,Si County is rich in natural resources,geographically superior,and rich in labor force.In terms of demand,the export volume of hawthorn has been increasing in recent years,and the demand for fresh hawthorn is fast.Expanding,the market potential is huge;the relevant supporting industries are beginning to take shape,and the industrial development goals are clear;in terms of policy,one of the leading industries that help poverty alleviation is valued by the provincial,municipal,and county governments,and policies are promoted to promote development;The proposal of rural revitalization after the 9th National Congress and the rise of e-commerce have brought opportunities for the development of the mountainous industry in Si County.At present,the main problems of the hawthorn industry in Si County are:the source of seedlings is chaotic,the virus is seriously endangered;the leading enterprises are weak in strength,the product has low added benefit,and the sales method is single;the product quality is not up to standard,the industry supporting is incomplete,and the product after-sales service system is not perfect;Hawthorn processing waste water pollutes the environment and the utilization rate of hawthorn slag is low.Based on the above analysis,(1)strengthen the monitoring of quality management,expand the scale of fresh food;(2)strengthen pest control and promote mechanized planting;(3)extend the industrial chain of hawthorn and increase the added value of products;(4)Innovate the financial service system and effectively solve the problem of loan difficulties;(5)Innovate the interest linkage mechanism to promote the sales of agricultural products in multiple directions;(6)Strengthen the branding construction of the mountain;(7)Realize the development of ecological cycle and achieve the recycling of hawthorn waste The use of seven measures will speed up the development of the mountainous industry in Si County.
